Hikers and anglers will find walk-in access to forested tent sites at this $50-per-night campground in the Adirondack region. Bartlett Pond Tent Sites requires campers to carry gear from parking areas to designated camping spots among the trees. The walk-in format limits group sizes and keeps vehicle noise away from sleeping areas.
The forested setting provides natural shade and privacy between sites. Campers seeking full-service amenities or RV hookups should consider South Meadow Campground, located west of the area.
