Description
Along the South Fork Payette corridor in the Boise National Forest, a river canyon shelters a cluster of four Forest Service designated pullouts that sit directly on the water's edge, with the river providing a natural sound buffer from the road above. Each spot has a fire ring; the first is the most separated from the rest and offers the best direct river access. No cell service reaches this valley, and the terrain limits overhead visibility — plan accordingly for connectivity.
