Folks come here to see the animals in the zoo, view wildlife, and/or walk or ride the trails. This is not a large park, but it is nice. There are trails for walking, running, and/or mountain biking. The terrain overall is flat.

The town of Albany is close by, so there is plenty of nearby shops and eateries.
