Felt more like a community than a campground. I would guess 90% were seasonal or year round residents. But "transients" we're welcomed & invited to participate in the many activities. Sites clean, level & reasonably sized. Interior roads all paved. Everything very clean, even the doggie park. Huge pool with plenty of tables, chairs & lounges. Small RV's ok, no tents or pop-ups. Some road noise from I-75, but not a deal-breaker. Stayed 2 weeks & would definitely stay again.
