Welcome to 3 Rivers Retreat – your private woodland escape in the heart of North Florida’s stunning Three Rivers area near Branford!
Nestled on 2 serene wooded acres in the peaceful 3 Rivers Estates community, this property offers the perfect blend of privacy and natural beauty. Choose from multiple secluded spots ideal for tent camping, or take advantage of our two RV hookups with 30/50 amp electric and water (note: no septic available at this time). The friendly owners live onsite in a separate house, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere while giving you plenty of space to unwind.
Guests enjoy full access to the entire property, including a large shared fire pit perfect for evening gatherings under the stars, a spacious deck with table and chairs for outdoor meals, and a small gas grill for easy cooking. Relax amid the oaks and pines, where deer frequently roam through the woods – a true slice of Florida wildlife (please note: the area is deed-restricted, so no hunting or shooting is permitted).
Well-behaved small dogs are welcome (the property is unfenced, and we have friendly outdoor cats onsite).
Just 5 minutes from the north entrance of world-famous Ichetucknee Springs State Park, you’ll have easy access to crystal-clear tubing down the pristine Ichetucknee River, kayaking, swimming, and hiking. We even provide 3 kayaks for guest use to explore nearby waterways! The location puts you at the doorstep of the iconic Suwannee and Santa Fe Rivers, making this an ideal base for paddling adventures.
When you’re ready for a break, downtown Branford and Fort White are each only 8 minutes away, offering charming dining options, shopping, and local supplies.
