Great manager at this park -- very friendly and went out of the way to be sure everything was good for us. Even delivered my mail to my door. The park is basically an old KOA with gravel sites, well spaced with good hookups. Location is great -- Mesa Verde, Canyon of the Ancients, Cortez and Dolores just minutes away. Easy access to 2 groceries, Walmart and gas stations.
