Description
BLM land along a gravel road corridor near the Gunnison Gorge National Conservation Area holds a string of well-established dispersed sites, several of them right on the river. The access road is negotiable without four-wheel drive or high clearance, and a 7-day stay limit applies. No cell service reaches this stretch, and a swimming hole near the water makes it a natural warm-season stop.
