Very Utilitarian & Serviceable RV Park

Conveniently close to the freeway, but not too loud. The facilities could use some updating but most everything works. It’s generally clean*. Overall not much shade but if you’re in a Sprinter or van sites 30 & 31 have AM shade (see pic). This place is very function for a stop on a Cannonball Run, but not for a long term stay, IMHO. *The Green Fire is 25 miles away and many of the woodland firefighters are staying here (so grateful for them). So the bathrooms were a little dirtier than probably normal, which is just fine.

Great Stay — Clean, Friendly, and Well-Maintained

We had a great experience at this RV park! The bathroom facilities were very clean, the laundry room was spotless, and the pool looked freshly refinished. There’s also a nice fire pit and barbecue area on-site.

I’m pulling a 21-foot travel trailer and we had a level back-in site. Management allowed us to park our truck in the empty space right next to our camper, which was super convenient. All hookups worked perfectly.

The management team here is excellent — very accommodating. I had Amazon packages delivered to the office with no issues, and when I needed a ladder for some quick RV maintenance, they let me borrow one without hesitation.

Overall, a really well-kept, friendly park. Would absolutely stay here again.

I'd stay here again

Full hookups in back in spot for $55. Mostly pull throughs in Park, which cost more. Shower, restrooms, dog park. Propane for sale here.

Clean and Friendly

This RV Park is right off the 5 in Redding. There’s a small dog run fir some off-leash time. Clean bathrooms with showers. Some long term residents and some travelers. Everyone was quiet and friendly.
