Quiet campground, great for tent camping
Lost Bridge North was a very peaceful, pleasant campground. We stayed in the upper loop which was only had a handful of other campers, but was very quiet and private. The terrain was pretty rocky, but all of the spots had a leveled tent pad available. The road looked newly paved. The bathrooms were vault toilets(similar to an indoor port-a-potty) and did not have sinks available so you will need to wash up at your campsite.
The showers were available at the campground area in the lower loop. We stayed in spot 48 which had a really lovely view of the lake through the trees. The lower loop looked a lot more active and the campsites had less privacy. But it would probably be better if you want to be close to the water and the social life.
While you could walk down to the marina/swim beach area it was a curvy road without a shoulder so we choose to drive down instead. Same with getting access to the trail head.
