This RV park has everything you need for a short stay. The RV park is located just behind a motel.  Hookups worked with no issues, $30 / night.   It felt like a safe place and was quiet.  They have a key card for entry to the bathrooms and laundry.  They also have a key for the water connection that you get when you check in at the motel, it requires a deposit which is returned when you give it back to them.   The campground was full or close to it when we were there, so call ahead.  

Within walking distance there is a Navajo museum, WWII code talkers museum, restaurant, coffee shop, gift shop.  There are also fast food restaurants and grocery stores in town.  

The drive from Page to Tuba City was very beautiful.
