Mini community feel

This is a long term residential park, and by the reaction of the office staff they are not used to grubby campers walking in to ask about staying for one night. It was more of a sales office that was more geared toward selling lots.

We picked this place because it was the cheapest on Passport America($18.50 with discount, $39 full price). Sites come with hookups (50amp only) and you stay in a spot in a most confusing maze of streets among mobile homes and permanent residents. There is a club house and a pool and a craft and woodworking workshop. There is paper recycling and a long forgotten mixed recycling shed, maybe it will be revived one day.

Laundry room is open 6am to 4pm only. No change machine or soap dispenser. Quarters only.

Street noise was very loud all night, and some train noise as well.

Good for a chore day for dumping and filling of tanks and laundry. Also in town so grocery shopping nearby as well. Would not stay here otherwise.
