Spacious land 20 minutes from Moab with plenty of space to find a spot, or support a large group. Don't expect to be alone here, but when we were then in late fall there was plenty of space for groups to be far apart. Terrain is all desert. This is close to the Soverign MTB trail system, and a little south from Klondike. Road is rough in a couple spots as you go farther back, which can help add some privacy from larger rigs, but takes longer to get back to the main road. No water, dumpsters, or toilets.
