We were looking forward to trying this place out because of its location and views. After three phone calls and three emails trying to confirm our reservation and give payment info, we cancelled our reservation because the whole process was too disorganized and discourteous to inspire confidence. We’re pretty sure our credit card info is sitting on a post-it note somewhere in Georgetown.
