Beautiful scenery - Lacks ambiance & privacy

We had our hearts set on a spot at the coast and after learning everything was taken (FCFS until Memorial Weekend), this was the closest open option. The staff are super nice and helpful and the location next to the lake is unbeatable. However, we found it to lack any privacy - the spaces are incredibly close - and the wind blowing off the lake isn’t pleasant. Felt like we were in the weather jet stream the whole weekend! The biggest drawback, especially in light of the chilly wind, is that there aren’t any fire pits. Only above ground fires allowed (ie bring your own pit). We did take a hike to beautiful Falls Creek. Highlight of the trip!
