there are a lot of amenities in this resort which I'm sure can over ride the layout. The sites are so close together you can almost touch at RV next to you with your awning. The privacy in this resort is zero. It does have a very park like feel and like said with all the amenities there is lots to do for family fun but its just not my type of camping. It has the look and feel of trailer park.
