Beautiful with lots of trails!

This is a beautiful park that is very close to the water. As with other Virginia State Parks, the campground is very clean and the facilities are well-maintained. There are lots of trails to walk and bike on and are great for dogs.

Clean nice park

Park and campground was clean, pet friendly and I suggest you make a reservation or you might not get a spot. We loved the views and the people around the area where very friendly . Fishing was real good and we found tons of stuff to do and see. We will be back.

Nice and clean

The first thing we noticed was this place was clean and I suggest you make a reservation as we did as it books up fast. Pet friendly, great fishing and beautiful views all around. You will find plenty to do and see. We enjoyed this park and will go back again,

Best park in VB

Expansive, well mapped, gorgeous, not crowded. Plenty to do: fishing, kayaking, etc. Walk down to the oceanfront if you'd like! Truly serene.

Great beach campsite

Visited for a weekend with the kids. NIce location, quiet away from the hustle & bustle of VA Beach. Good sites and nice swimming options. Great location…

Great fishing, and dog trails!

I used to take my dog fishing with me. The waterside views are incredibly, and the fishing was fun. It's just down the road from va beach, but waaay less crowded.
