We were some of the lucky few to obtain a permit to hike the Narrows top down camping at a backcountry site half way. This was one of the coolest campsites ever! The sites were all very spaced out and private. It was nice having the sound of the running river as we slept. Ours was just a few steps up from the river, so we had great access to water, although it had to be filtered. It did take longer than we anticipated to reach the campsite, although we did stop for pictures quite often along the way.
