Alright first off the bad

There are train tracks right behind the park and lots of trains running

The good Good price, $375 a month+ electric,concrete spots, plenty of shade,wind blocks, very good location grocery store, hardware store and anything you need Walmart,heb and food less then 5 min away, Plenty of parking, full hookups, shower, laundry and trash onsite, gated all the way around, it is clean but there are older trailers around and full time spots but good people,hope this helps
