This campsite is probably one of the most luxurious we’ve stayed at. It was our first KOA. It is conveniently located right off the scenic badlands loop. Restrooms and showers were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our biggest complaint would be that the mosquitoes were TERRIBLE. But the campsite is located right next to water, so that was to be expected. What was unexpected was the host fogging the whole campsite (he warned us first so we could wait for a few minutes in our car) which helped tremendously! The site had wifi and a little convenience store which offered a few snacks and drinks. They have a pool (not yet open during our stay) and activities for children. When we left the campsite headed for the black hills, we saw lots of wildlife. Overall we would definitely stay again!
