Beautiful, clean grounds with access to a 1/2 mile round trip hike to a waterfall on the property! Definitely plan ahead on provisioning bc it’s about 45 mins drive into the national forrest. Definitely will be going back!
Unfortunately we were unable to camp here. According to park ranger said this campground is closed for one year or longer. No explanation was given as to why. Ft Hamby Campground is nearby and open.
Eden Oaks is a wonderful respite from the busy campgrounds where everyone is stacked on each other. Roy & Sandra run a small campground with amenities that make you feel at home. Each site has electric and water. Although there isn't a dump site, there are several near by. But they do have…

This was a last minute weekend get away. The website says first come first serve when you make your reservation for an RV site. When we arrived Friday afternoon, they told us that they have a set spot for us. We get to the site to discover it backs onto a construction area where they’re putting…
Very easy to maneuver. Pull through and back in sites. All level gravel sites. Nice pond, Playground and picnic pavilions.

This is a great campground! Quiet, relaxing, and very well maintained . Well spaced sights , I hope to come back here! The owners are on sight and are very nice and helpful. This campground is immaculately maintained.
We visited in April. Beautiful days hiking nearby, cold nights. Pet friendly. Pretty clean bath house. Visitors center nearby. Sites were mostly level, with gravel, fire pit, picnic table. Some were classically wooded, shady and some in the bright sun. Cute small town nearby.
Didn't know what to expect. Very quiet area. Some spots are near I74 but most are not. Large lake and history here. Close to town to see the local legends hometown.
The 221 access had everything we needed. There were sites with full hookups and sites with just electric. Most sites were really private which is nice. The park is spread out over several different, disconnected properties throughout the county which offered a lot of different recreational…
Family-friendly campground with plenty of fun activities for kids. Playground, fishing pond, disc golf, recreation and game area, and ice cream trailer. Our site was nicely shaded and fairly level. Fire pit and picnic table at each site. There appears to be a lot of long-term residents but all…
According by the rates I was expecting an actual resort. But not even close. 90% of the sites are occupied by permanent campers. The staff don’t take care of the other sites at all. Ours was small and dirty. We’ve been for 2 nights in a row (so far) and both nights were very noisy because of two…
We loved it here only thing we didn’t like was haveing to leave you are close to your Nabj but everything was great
