Your site sits at the bend of a long mountain-fed stream with expansive views in both directions. The sprawling terrain, natural rock formations, hardwood and conifer forests, game trails, and streams found right on-site offer scenic hiking and canoeing experiences for novice and experienced enthusiasts. There are many opportunities to see and hear the surrounding wildlife including owls, deer, moose, and more. We are also just a short drive to seven area lakes with swimming, boating, kayak and SUP, and numerous nearby hiking, biking and mountain biking trails, fishing spots, horseback riding, two golf courses, one disc-golf course, and many forest preserves. Saratoga Springs, famous for horseracing and restorative mineral waters, is not far away for those who want to take in other area attractions. Within a 20 min drive, you will find great restaurants, festivals, live music, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, many boutique and antique shops, historic sites and architecture, farmers markets, wineries, breweries, and more.
