Decent campground with lots of sites with decent space. There is a marina there and beach area. Nice covered picnic benches along the shore. Some sites also have covered picnic tables.
Biggest negative was that Bathrooms are sparse and we didn’t have soap the entire weekend.
Cedar Oaks is a very easy campground (CG) to find and get into. We did not have a designated site number but had requested back-in site 90 on the lake or a pull through from 64 to 73. We got our first choice and after an easy check-in we were escorted to site 90 and were assisted backing in. This…

Pretty typical state park camping. Camping loops with nice pull in sites. A variety of people camping in tents & RVs. Electric at most sites. One loop had vault toilets with potable water access. The main loop a restroom with showers, flush toilets, and potable water. There’s a seasonal…
Nice campground close to Joplin, MO. Friendly host, clean campsites, pet friendly.
Decent sized campground, full hookups, WiFi is a little spotty, nice view of the lake, plenty of green space for kids or dogs to play, 2 easy trails to walk. Convenient location to town, but surprising quiet for being so close.
This is a very small campground, opened year-round is the reason we stayed here. It was late March. The sites are very nice, generous size. The bathrooms were filthy.
The best part is the views from the Beaver Dam and the drive to Eureka Springs.
We stayed at one of the Premium Waterfront sites in early April and absolutely loved it! It looks like many of the people here have year-around rentals so I would imagine if you are booking throughout the summer, you'll want to get your reservation in as early as possible. Having a picnic and…
Quiet and clean! Right on Beaver Lake. Great hiking trail near by and facilities were clean. Will stay here again
I stayed a week and caught a few trout, cooked out..went to Eureksa Springs shopping and drove over to the damn area for the swim beach..I relaxed and did only what I wanted for a week of Pure Bliss...I enjoyed the area alot..
The owners are nice, very accommodating and helpful. Lots of friendly locals hang out at the river during the summer. The shower house is a little dated but it's always clean. There is plenty of shade everywhere. Tubing from the falls was a blast!
I will definitely be back!
Nice, no one camping in December. Mostly set up for RVs with some day use areas. Nice vistas of the Neosho River from the Echo Bluff sites with all the leaves down. Biggest detractor is the traffic noise. Didn't check out the boat launch area which was across the highway from the main park…

We camped here in the fall and were pleasantly surprised with all the pecans we gathered. It's secluded and quiet with views of the Grand River and Neosho River. Wheelchair Friendly. Roads were paved. If you gold a golf course is just down the street. We walked up to the golf course and stopped for…
Wonderful, great to have a nice camping area with hook ups right out of town for those quick trips and to assist with that “get away feeling”. Nice little lake to fish in and good disc golf course.
Trails, Great fishing and White River access. Nice restrooms with hot showers. Electric only. Easy/Nice dump station on way out. We love site 36. Favorite fir sure!
