Nice RMNP cg

Glacier Basin is definitely a great location to stay for doing hikes in the Bear Lake trailhead area. It's right across the street from the park and ride, which is a must unless you get to the trailhead by 7:30 am. The sites are not very secluded so expect to be within chatting range of your neighbors. That can be nice but don't expect to have a quiet time there because it is always packed in the summer. There is firewood for sale (small bills only) along with some ice creams which is a great touch.
