I come here almost yearly for a girlfriends camping trip or with family. What I really enjoy about this place besides being on the beautiful central coast, is that if we forget to bring something, the grocery store is only a short 5 minutes drive away. You can literally go get a cup of coffee and be back to your campsite before anyone else wakes up! We also go to the Mexican restaurant down the street and have Margaritas and a meal. So for those of us who enjoy the outdoors but also enjoy the comforts of being near town, this is ideal. The campsite areas are generous in size and accommodate our tents and vehicles. The best time of year to camp here for the weather is in the fall through early winter. This is definitely one my favorite places to camp.
