Near Slide Rock State park which is such a unique state park to check out! This is the ‘attraction’ that drew us to Sedona and the slides did not disappoint. It’s a busy place, but still fun. There are a couple areas of the park to check out so, I would say, a full day can easily be spent here- especially if it’s warm and you can play in the water :) We chose to stay a bit out of the park since we assumed it would be a busy place to camp and this primitive campground was perfect. During the day we were around crowds visiting the various attractions and at night we retreated to a quiet, ‘in nature’ campsite.
