The closest privately owned RV Park to the Talladega Superspeedway(TSS), only 200 yard from the stands. Grandstand RV Park is under new ownership and we are now OPEN YEAR-ROUND.

We are a very clean and quiet campground only 3 miles off the highway. Owners are on site to assist 24/7 so come in at any hour and you will have help! VERY large (45'x75') pull through sites. You wont even need to unhook while you are staying. Full hook up sites available. We have a convenient store on the property and sell beer, ice, firewood, snacks and other camping essentials. **Pets are welcome!** We have a double dog park, horseshoes, basketball court and a kids play area at the front of the campground. Firepits are available upon request.

Talladega Pit Stop Campground 

Parksland Retreat is located in Northcentral Alabama, tucked in the outskirts of the Talladega National Forest. Home to a handful of unique campsites perfect for groups, Parksland is not like most other Alabama camping options. There’s plenty to do at Parksland, and even more fun to be found in the surrounding area! Venture half a mile downstream to check out the Blue Hole waterfall, swim in the Private Parksland creek, or explore Talladega! Don’t forget the camera, you’re going to want to remember this. Parksland has 4 designated campsites, three that are large enough for multiple tents, one turn key site on a 16’ diameter Bell Tent on a yurt platform (with a queen bed, linens, comforter, pillows, table and two chairs) and two creekside sites only accessible by trail. Rest easy: pets are welcome at the primitive sites and firewood is available for purchase. You will also enjoy potable water, showers, trash, and wifi access. And if you’re feeling extra free, enjoy the forest au naturale! Parksland is a clothing-optional Retreat. We are a family owned  and operated campground 200 yards from Talladega Motor Speedway! We are the closest privately owned campground to the Speedway and as of October 2020 we are now OPEN YEAR ROUND! 

All sites are very spacious. We have 81 sites and 44 are pull through sites. All sites are equipped with water and electric (30/50amp) and we have a dump out station onsite as you exit the park. We sell firewood, ice, beer and have a convenience store with snacks, drinks, and anything else you may have forgotten to bring.

There are two large 65″ TV’s on our covered porch that you can join us for a football game or other quality entertainment. We also have a kids play ground, basketball court, and a horseshoe pit to entertain kids, and adults. Most nights we will have a community fire and we welcome you to join us, but we also have fire rings available for each site. Grandstand RV Park is a very dog friendly park!! We love our fur babies and just recently added a double dog park! We welcome all dogs, as long as they have responsible parents.
