All and all nice place. Some roads are gravel and chalky leading there (my cars still covered and I'm in Colorado now!) Pit Toilets were nice, one for campground. 2 potable water sites. Campsites were not well defined and judging by the beer cans in some site fire rings it might get rowdy on the…
We love to camp here, we have lots of friends here, old and new. There is swimming year round with 2 indoor pools, hot tubs and sauna. Summer time swimming at 1 outdoor pool and 2 swimming beaches at the lake. You can rent paddle boats, canoes, kayaks and fishing boats. Plenty to do all year round…
You have to drive pretty far off the highway on gravel roads. When we got to the campground the one lane gravel road was packed on both sides with cars parked for an event at the campground. It made it quite difficult to pull a camper up to the campground. There was a party going on with loud music…
We got here later in the day and the staff was very helpful and got us settled right away. The campground was near full and most, if not all, the sites are pull through. A lot of long Coach RVs. I saw an area for tents and there is a bathhouse with showers. Also a pool. $50 for the night for…
There was no signage and Google and Apple Maps couldn’t get us there. When we found the trailhead there was no designated camping spot on the maps. I
Lost valley happens to be one of our favorite camp grounds. They are extremely family friendly, they have an indoor pool, hot tubs, and sona, an outdoor pool and hot tubs, inflatable jump pillows, concerts almost every weekend, full hookups, plenty of tent camping sites as well, two swim beaches…
Far from any city noise or roadway, there’s two camp areas with many sites that are mowed/maintained with fire pits (and some concrete tables). Lots of beautiful hammock friendly trees, river access, and creek beds to play in. 30 min from Ha Ha Tonka. If the waters too high, there’s a bridge into…
It was a nice quiet area designated camping spots and not too far from any stores very clean working bathrooms we really enjoyed ourselves there we'll be looking forward to going back
Great campground if you need full hook-ups. All the bells and whistles. Clean bathroom, laundry, pool, playground, dog run, hiking trails and firewood that you can actually burn. It's off the beaten path but still close to everything. Friendly people and very accommodating.
Unfortunately, this was just a one night stay during another of our cross country trips to Cincinnati. This place had it all and is quite lovely with well maintained sites. I’m The owners obviously take pride in keeping things looking neat, clean and welcoming. Good spaces between lots, and…

Free camping, donations are encouraged
two water spigots in the camping area
pit toilets are fairley clean
busy on the weekends, best time is middle of the week
lots of trails
Spots are tight and the party is next door, but looking to trying again when the music starts up. We were in a small trailer, fit the spot perfectly, but had to park in the glamping spot due to no other room on our spot. Not sure if there were showers, but we were all self contained.
Nice area to camp not crowded, plenty of space between camp sites, and peaceful. A nice place if your on a budget and just need a get away.

Perfect place for us to learn the ins and outs as it had full hook-ups. Staff was really friendly, and had the cutest store!

This was a nice short notice trip we took. Only downside is it’s near MU, so throughout the day, you get a lot of kids hanging out until the “quiet hours” set in. Next time we’ll bring bikes and hop on the trail.
Also, we caught an AMAZING sunset from our site!
