Lakeside Campground

This is a great little RV and tent campground located near High Falls. The campground itself is alongside Lake Glenville and provides easy access for putting in boats, fishing, or swimming. It is also not far from the wonderful beach on the lake where everyone goes to picnic. The campground itself…

Fantastic hidden gem

Very clean and we'll run. Older couple own it and they are wonderful and very helpful. A great place to stop for a few say, a week or a month to explore the area. Road is paved, site are nice and our 40' MH fit nicely. They guide you to your site. Fire ring, picnic table, 50 amp. Peace and quiet.…

By far our Favorite Park

This was our first official RV trip in our personal RV. We’ve stayed at National campsites in rentals and cabins. Yet this location was one of our favorites. The amenities they offer and the space they provide between campsites. We’re able to fish, swim, and so much more right at our camp site. …

Rude staff, not well maintained

Beautiful looking park. Didn't stay long enough to actually enjoy it. Dirty bathrooms lots of trash scattered throughout the woods near the tent sites. We've stayed at cleaner campsites for cheaper. The staff struggled to understand walk-ins - your stay will be much easier if you plan a week or…

Beautiful spot

This is a great spot to camp. Lots of rock fire pits about and the river running by is peaceful. The bathrooms in the parking area are filthy. The spots behind the parking lot feel a bit exposed to day hikers, but the spots past the dead end road are amazing. Just keep going down that road to find…

Very Nice

Awesome little campground. Spots were decently spaced. There was a lot of changes going on. The map online wasn’t exactly correct. Spot 45 showed primitive camping behind it but actually had lake access!

Happy 4th

This was the first stop on our 10 day July 4th trip. This is a campground that we had visited many times in the past with our kids. In those days we tent camped and it is perfect family tent camping campground.
This was our first time in our travel trailer and it required lots of skills to…

Mostly seasonal residential but…

Came here after escaping Van Hook Glade in Highlands. Most of the sites are occupied by permanent seasonal residents. They are all very nice people. We had a mishap arriving which caused damage to our trailer. 3 people including the owner rushed to help us. Quiet. Riverside spots. Would not have…

Beautiful and Well Maintained

This is a really nice and well-kept RV campsite near Cullasaja Falls. Many of the RV sites are more permanent and have built structures, but some are also set up with concrete pads for driving in. They also have a fun covered space for hanging out and building fires when the weather is not great.…

Nice campground in the north Georgia mountains

This is a state park in the north Georgia mountains and is great for cooling off from the Atlanta metro heat of the summer.   The campground is well maintained and the bathhouses are very clean (they have individual ones).  The park has some great hiking trails from easy (lake trail), moderate…

A little peaceful heaven

Stayed 7 days in #1 from 6/25 to 7/1 with two other RVers and was a romantic peaceful time with our own waterfall and creek running around us. Just a word on getting there- don’t follow the gps onto Kim Miller Rd. Stay on Rt 64 and turn onto 281 past firehouse. Much easier!
