Nice state park

Nice park. Lots of trails. Convenient location right off of highway 41, but sites are far enough in that it's quiet. Beaches are close. Restaurants are close. Power and water, but no sewer connections at sites. There is a dump station and dumpsters near the entrance of the camping area.

Large sites

It's a marina with RV sites, not your typical RV park with a marina. The sites are large, so you're not 10 feet from your neighbor. There's probably more like 40 to 50 feet between the sites. The concrete pads are level, long, and wide. It's close to everything Fort Pierce has to offer. Some within walking distance. Keep in mind that this is a marina, so there's lots of boats and other RV'S in storage here. There's also the traffic associated with the marina. If you're a boater, then this is for you. If you're a resort type camper, this is probably not the place for you.

Quiet park

We had a little bit of a rough start here with the reservation. But all of that was forgotten once we arrived. The place was not even close to capacity while we were there, and they kept us all spaced very well. In fact, we couldn't even see another camper from our porch side. The place was well kept and beautiful!

Nice stay

Stayed here for 4 nights during a visit with family. Park is clean. Staff is friendly. They make fresh pizza at the convenience store/office and will deliver it to your site. We were there 3 weeks before the pool opens so we didn't get a chance to see that. Nice park that's close to 1-44, James River Parkway, and unfortunately a railroad crossing. So you will hear a train horn on occasion, but no highway noise. We will come back here and stay again.

Nice place

We just needed a stop with hookups for the night. But this place exceeded expectations. We had a pull through spot so we didn't have to disconnect our tow dolly. Gravel site was fairly level despite being in a hilly area. There's quite a bit of space between most of the sites (particularly the back in sites). Our site was right up against another pull through on our patio side though. No big deal, if we were coming to stay for a while we would get a back in spot. We did not check out the bathrooms or laundry facilities, but there are several of them.

Parking lot boondock.

We've overnighted at several Cracker Barrels. The food is usually good, and the parking is free. This one was no exception. They have several pull thru RV spots at this location and everything was good. If you over night there, please be respectful, clean, quiet, and have a meal there! This chain is a valuable resource for many travelers.

Basic mobile home/RV park

We stayed there during the Tampa Show. Last minute decision. Park has a lot of long term RV's and many of them older. Dog friendly and has a decent sized dog run. We had a pull thru spot that was plenty long enough to leave our dolly hooked up to our 33' class A, and still have plenty of room to park in front. Although it was very narrow and I was a little concerned about my leveling jacks sinking in when it rained due to it being all grass. Fortunately it didn't rain much. There were cable hook ups, but I couldn't get a signal. Not sure about wifi, because I just used my hot spot. Most, if not all, of the short term spaces had picknick tables. Overall just a fairly quiet place to park with hookups and not too far off the highway.

Nice place

Clean park. Decent location. We stayed for a week over Christmas. The park manager Annie was very helpful. There's train tracks real close and a few trains go by at night. But that didn't bother us. Otherwise this place was quiet. We will be back.

Convenient

Right off I-75, so if you need an easy stop for the night, this is it. It's a little noisy due to it's proximity to the highway., but the food was good and there were no hassles. They were glad to have us. Plenty of room for our Coach with toad, and the 2 other pull behinds that overnighted there.
