Beautiful and private

Tucked away and lots of open space. No hook ups, pit toilets and no dump station. Lots of space for kids to explore, we happened to get his by a snow storm and loved the hills For sledding

Best Camping location in Prescott -bar-none..!

If you like to camp, hike, boat, fish, and cycle then this is the place for you! And with the the elevation being about 6,000 the weather is pretty much good all year round..! Camp spots are good size, clean, and walking distance to both the lake and various hiking trails.

Plus these camp spots…

Very nice campground

We stayed here for our first trip with a TT in December 2020. Water and electric hookups. They have a dump station. They have a lake to fish in and equestrian center to go on horse back rides.

Awesome!

Clifford the host was very informative and super nice! He greeted us when we arrived and he had fire wood available to purchase. The views were beautiful, the night sky is truly amazing! Bring tons of blankets and layers it does get cold this time of year! We definitely will be back!!

Weekend Getaway

This camp ground is a nice little Arizona hidden gem. Considering how dry and desert landscapey Arizona is, this was an absolutely beautiful place to camp and I felt like I was in Washington or Oregon with all the trees so bring a hammock for your campsite! This place costs 14 a day for the single…

Prescott’s oaisis

Early November ant it was 72°/36°- amazing. A few people taking advantage that the Host was gone. One camper complained to the police. I did not see any riffraff or scary people. We really loved this place. Road sounds in the distance. Some sites are really long I’d say avg is 30-45 feet. Some…

Wow for Clifford

We arrive mid afternoon and had this place to ourselves. Clifford greeted us and was friendly and informative. The views are awesome. Can’t wait till dark. Minimal facilities but great for a simple night in early November

Quiet, peaceful, great host!

Clifford was an amazing host. Felt very welcomed at check in. Was given weather updates prior to arrival and a warning of a storm that was coming in the middle of the night which I thought was very nice. Firewood for sale huge plus.

Sites are dispersed, if fully booked out, for someone like me I…

Great Horse Camp

This is a very beautiful campground for horse people only. Most sites are pull through to accommodate large trailers. The trails are very pretty. Parts are hilly, but well shaded. There are high lines and a corral at each site. As well as a firepit and picnic bench. Depending on site water can be…

Stargazers paradise

Spent the day hiking in Sedona and needed a place to stay on our way south. Place is out of the way but close to everything. Huge site with a lot of room between sites. No shade but the night sky is amazing. Check in by 4:30 which we missed but no big deal. Would definitely stay here again. Clean…

Lynx Campground near Prescott

One of the cleanest campground I’ve stayed at. Very quiet and sites aren’t crammed together here. Large sites too! This particular site did not have any afternoon shade so was a little to hot.
