We got pretty lucky and were assigned one of the concrete pads that was pretty level. It is absolutely beautiful out. The grounds are well-kept, and aside from the 8pm Saturday night golf cart parade that was beyond loud, it’s been really quiet and peaceful. Excellent cell and gateway service. Cell is AT&T and our gateway is T-Mobile. Close to Lancaster for necessities and great proximity to Baltimore and Philadelphia for day trips.
The lady in the office are AMAZING ( JENN AND SUE ), and they answered all questions we had ...they got us a great deal for are winter site we were in spots 86,85,89 for a month long stay... which they do during the winter !! The only complain we had was people walking through our sites due us being close to the playground and the noise level on the playground but other than that it was quiet place and everyone was lovely to work with during our stay ....
Our go to campground when visiting Lancaster. Right in the heart of all the shopping and antiques.
Had a trip scheduled for February but had to postpone. The staff was very helpful and moved our date to March. We enjoy each stay here. This site backs up to the stream. Glad they are now open year round. Newer electric connections. EWS all at great locations to hook up.
First time camper, and I'm glad this is the site I started at. Bathrooms are very clean. They have showers as well, but I didn't get to use one. Very quiet, and you get to see a bit of wildlife scattered around. They do not sell would at the sites, so you'd have to go out of your way to get them. Bring cash cause some locals don't accept cc/dc. Also, if you're tent camping, make sure you pick a place that's not too rocky. My site was A 24 and it was mostly rocks. Otherwise, I will be coming back very room!
Overall great trip. Friendly super helpful staff. Sites are a bit small but to be expected for a theme park event resort. I dropped one star for freight rail 24/7 next to camp
The resort had great amenities for all ages. We stayed in October so there was plenty of activities for kids from crafts, games, dancing, to trick or treating. The resort ensured safety for the kids during trick or treating and closed all vehicle traffic for 2 hours. The location also had golf cars to rent to explore the sites. All employees were easy to talk to, always had a smile and personable.
This was a great park! Very clean and quiet. The facilities were clean and felt safe. Some of the sites were a little close together but very large and well maintained
