Manager was a hoot. Funny guy. Places needs abit of tidying up but good for one or two night stop. Not much to do in area. Had several fulltime RV's there, must work in area.
We were desperate to find a place to stay for one night. We had left Mobile, Alabama because a hurricane was coming. I wouldn't have stayed more than one night. And it wasn't very nice but at least we had someplace to stay and it was safe
We stayed one night passing through. Tony was great but the park-not so much. Sites were gravel and uneven. Must have rained a lot recently since the ground was soggy and had puddles. It is evident that there a lots of full timers here. Bathrooms were dated but clean+ and price is small.
This is just off of I-20. RV Parking lot in the middle of a quiet mobile home park. Easy access. Full hookups. Stores and restaurants nearby.
A nicd place if you want to sleep

Peaceful location but extremely close to the city of Jackson
Sites are pull through but hookups are at extreme end of site. You must unhook tow vehicle to access hookups. Good gravel roads, pool. Rates just went to $40.

This park is in the middle of Jackson, but we couldn’t tell from the serenity of our camping site. We were situated right on the water and enjoyed a breathtaking sunset. We had fun riding bikes around the lake and my kids enjoyed the playground. Bathrooms were about what you’d expect in a park -…
It's been a few years. It was safe and friendly vibe. The staff was strict in enforcing rules. I enjoyed my stay. Locals will post up here. There was a pool.
Make sure to get 109 it comes with a view (lol).
This was our first outing in the RV and we had a blast! Nice, quiet isolated state park in the delta of Mississippi. We brought our kayaks and got some fishing done in alligator lake but inly after playing an 18 hole disc golf course!
This a great spot if traveling through this area. Big, clean sites, almost all are pull through.
