About

State Park

South Eden offers 20 individual sites that now have power and water hook-ups. There are 2 group sites in South Eden that can accommodate up to 30 people and 6 vehicles. This site is on Reserve America.

Brilliantly blue waters combined with sandy beaches are what call park visitors to play, fish, boat, and camp here at Bear Lake State Park. Minerals (calcium carbonate) suspended in the lake’s waters are what help create its spectacular aqua-blue color.

Located in the beautiful Bear Lake Valley in Rich County, there are three distinct recreation areas: Marina, Rendezvous Beach, and the Eastside, which offer a variety of recreational opportunities. Whether you plan on spending a day, weekend, or more, Bear Lake offers some of the best picnicking, camping, boating, fishing, or hiking that you will find in the great state of Utah.

Camp host was great!

Stayed here twice over the course of Memorial Day weekend. Super lovely with easy access to the water. No showers at this campground, but I was able to get one in at the other campground. Would stay again!

Beautiful Views and large sites

The sites all have electricity (15, 30, and 50 amp) and water hook ups. The sites are huge and well maintained. The beach is rocky with patches of sand. It’s a good SUP spot.

Bear Lake on Utah side 🀠

Very nice spots for a 40 ft classA or any large RV. Pretty level with nice views. All have water, electric but no sewer. Our site is 11 and it is right off the beach and no campers are able to block our view. Again a awesome lake for kids because you can walk out in the lake pretty far before it gets deep.

Gorgeous Shoreline

I stayed at the Cisco Beach campground in May and it was a wonderful spot. It was 15$ a night using a feebox at either entrance. Bathrooms were clean (for a vault toilet) and plentiful. Tons of campsites were available right along the shoreline and it was deserted. Definitely a great view!

Beautiful and secluded right on the lake.

It was a beautiful soot and we were the only ones in the campground. This was in April and we pretty much had the entire East side of the lake to ourselves as well. There was a fairly well maintained toilet and the beach was Rocky so don't expect to sink your toes into some sand. Sunsets were amazing even with the lack of sand!
