False location

I'v not been there so I won't review or rate the campground but I searched the location on internet and Google Maps and be aware that the location given here is wrong. It's not located near El Reno but way way before Tulsa. I'm desappointed because the campground was exactly what I was looking for at El Reno.

Just go. It's too beautiful to pass up

One of my favorite places! Go! You will NOT be disappointed. The owners are amazing. There's tons of parking, half of the Campground allows dogs and the other half by the main water hole doesn't, so that's cool for pet owners like me and people who don't want to deal w random peoples dogs. It's clean, safe, water is perfectly clear and clean. Perfect place for small kids and dogs. Your kids will absolutely love it here.. ifyou don't take them, their childhood will be missing this gem of a memory. The only way your going to drowned here, is if your too intoxicated and make a dumb mistake:D sorry I had to say it. Maybe if somehow you fall and hit your head, land face down in the water and no one's with you, or possibly just not watching a baby there could be emergencies, but otherwise, It's perfectly safe. There is no way to drowned or have issues. Its pretty shallow only a few spots are neck deep or deeper to really swim, but there located in spots all up the whole river. Most of the water is ankle, knee and waist deep. And the swimming is so special, Its like a huge cool bath. So clean and refreshing. I love swimming here. The current is like a lazy river. I went all summer 2021. It was literally perfect. There's tables and BBQ pits. You do pay to go so make sure you take some cash. It's like 5-6$ a person and a few bucks for dogs. I've taken my whole family. Everyone just loves it. You and your family will too.

Beautiful Primitive Camping spot.

Myself, husband, and a couple of our friends went camping here a week or so ago, its a beautiful place, the people are so nice and helpful that work and run it, we had a great time, the water is a beautiful blue and there are lots of arrowheads and spearheads to look for, if your a rock hunter or its something fun for the kids to do as well. Its primitive camping at its best Great Place we will definitely go back.
