Riverbank location

$5 a night. Quiet. Lots of birds, rabbits and a cow moose and calf.

Nice place.

Not sure that should count as a toilet. I feel more comfortable in the bushes. But other than that loved it.

Needs remodeling.

Overall it is a very nice place but the utilities need updated and the hotel remodeled. Just kinda old, and not in a rustic way.

Great for fishing

Great for Madison River fishing access. Not a whole lot of conveniences, but nice.

Beautiful small camp

Nestled next to an old ghost town with a creek flowing around it. No att coverage, super quiet. No hook ups. Vault toilets, community water faucet. Plenty of room for our 30’ trailer and truck. Just empty your tanks and fill up on water, food and supplies in Dillon. Heavily shaded. Bring a…

Where the Wild Things Are

From BLM website; Centered around a single, sentinel Ponderosa Pine tree, this small campground features six campsites and a group use area. Across the Crooked River, the photogenic Rocky Canyon and it’s vertical rimrock cliffs offer photographers a variety of ever-changing light and depth…

Tidy and busy!

Nice quiet clean park. Neighbors a bit close but everyone very respectful. Train tack near by... oh well.

Great spot, very friendly

This is a great spot in a tiny town south of Butte Montana. They have a couple cabins, several motel rooms and about 10 full hookup, all grass, RV spots. Also a large area for car/tent camping. The grounds are meticulously maintained by the owner and it has nice views of the bluffs and mountains…

Very clean

This campground was very clean. Trees and grass and the creek at each of the front sites. Nice laundry and clean bathrooms ans showers. The owner, Janet is always working to make it comfortable. She takes each guest to their site, personally. There are movies to check out, no cost, in the office.…

Cool spot

Went on a last minute get away for the weekend. Loved the spot camped right on Grass Hopper Creek and its walking distance to Bannack Ghost Town. Friendly Camp host and you can buy firewood from him as well!

If you can, avoid it.

We stayed here in our TT with son and daughter-in-law, once we were able to find it. 30 minutes after setup, we noticed a horrendous odor coming through the campground. Strong sewer/sulphur smell, but the host couldn't find the cause in his 15 minute search, so he quit looking. Showers and…

Peaceful and spacious RV sites by the creek

We love this park on the south side of Dillon MT. Located in the neighborhood near campis you can walk to restaurants and the cite downtown area. The sites are spacious and level.

Get reservations to assure a site. Pull throughs or backins.
