Beautiful Big Sky adjacent to Gallatin River

Nice campground near Adjacent to Gallatin River. Some sites are actually right next to the river. Our site, 43, up on the hill, would be perfect except for the proximity of the vault toilet. The vault toilet was extremely clean and did not smell at all, inside the room, however, at our campsite, every now and then, we would get an unpleasant waft. Camp sites are well spaced and some even have hook ups (not 43). Our site was unique and nice as it was tri-level. Level 1 is parking/trailer, level 2 is fire ring and table, level 3 is an area to set up a tent.

Our favorite MTB hub near Park City

Jordanelle resevoir is a destination of its own but is a 10 minute drive from Park City. Clean bathrooms and showers make this a great place to camp if you are doing water or mountain sports. The campsites have tables, fire pit and bbq and are kept very clean. There are clear paths to the facilities and there is also a few laundry machines and a playground. You can rent boats and sup at the Marina, which also has a general store. Keep in mind that summers can get pretty warm (yet arid) qnd there isnt much shade.

Good for a night

Directions are clear but seem sketch when following, but you will know when you arrive. Tight area with several campers adjacent to a resevoir and huge hills of gravel ate the entrance to the brewery.

Great Location away from the crowds of yellowstone

This was a nice campground between Norris and Mammoth. Pretty tight on space but we still had privacy. Vault toilet was very clean and had a purell dispenser.

Full Facilities in the heart of the Tetons

This place has everything u need in a full facilities campground. Laundry and showers are great and you can use a credit card instead of coins. I think it is all pull through spots and although they are close, we did not feel like we lacked privacy….there are trees throughout the camping area. The restaurant is sub par. The general store has everything!

Still love this place

Very nice first come first served campground

This is a very nice campground nestled in pines on a beautiful lake. There are trails to the gravel sand shores of the lake. Vault toilets are well-kept. Campsites have trees, picnic tables, and lantern hooks. There are no hookups but there are double sites.

Beatiful and all of the amenities

This is an awesome campground in the middle of iron mountain road. Grassy meadows with a creek, surrounded by trees. Cafe with delicious biscuit breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon rolls (lunch and dinner too), gift shop, gas, pool, miniature golf, playground, community fire pits….sounds big and commercial, but it isn’t. Staff is super helpful…our truck key fob battery died…they dont sell 2032 batteries in the gift shop, however, one of the staff called her husband who happened to be “in town” and had him pick them up for us and bring to the rv park! This place rocks….speaking of rocks, it is only 20 minutes away from mt. Rushmore.

Beautiful lakeside campground

We only overnighted here but there is a large lake and a pond. Lots of fowl. Showers were great.

Friendly Towns People

This site is on a nice grassy area with trees and has hookups but that is a bout it. This is a small town where everyone waves to you. There is a nice community pool in town, one cafe and two restaurants. Our truck broke down here and we had to get a new transmission, so we were stuck here for a few days. We were the only campers the entire time.

Pretty but rough around the edges

We stayed in the Bobcat loop which is considered dispersed. Lots of shade and the lake is pretty. There was trash here and there on our site…not very clean. The bathrooms were old and not well-kept. FYI, there is a sign that says the brain eating amoeba, although rare, may be present in the lake.

Awesome urban location

Facilities are a tad shabby, but the location makes up for it. Nice old growth pecan trees line the property, which provides nice shade. Although we were in the very front site, which had less shade. We were able to ride our bikes to congress bridge, Barton Springs Pool, Barton Creek Greenbelt and even downtown. The streets are very bike friendly.

4* for location

Great location with access to everything we wanted. We were able to ride our bike s to Congress bridge to vote the bats, to the trails of baton creek beltway, the Barton springs pool and lots more. Campground is shaded and has decent facilities.

Clean and close to Park City

Clean campground with access to water sports, and very close to Park City.

Close to Park City

This is a big campground but the sites are pretty private….separated by giant bushes. Not one of my favorites, but the proximity to Park City is key. Facilities are clean.

Gorgeous campground

I highly recommend this campground on Mt. Timpanogos and near the beautiful resort created by Robert Redford, Sundance. Camp hosts are friendly and most of the sites are roomy and well-spaced.

Delightful dispersed

Campground with dispersed campsites within a grove of aspen trees adjacent to a large meadow and the Marathon TH, with a stunning view of Cedar Breaks. Vault toilet is well-maintained. Our go-to campsite for MTB…as Brian Head reaort is only a couple of minutes away.

It’s in the name

This is a pristine small campground in a grove a pine trees adjacent to Cedar Breaks and nestled between two meadows.

Good in a pinch

Property owner was very nice. Small property in the backyard off a residence with about 1/2 dozen spaces with Water and electric hookups on flat ground spaces….not much else..

Perfect for MTB

This campground is right next to the Angel Fire Resort mountain bike park. There’s no designated spots. You just pull up and find an area that works for you. It gets pretty busy during the weekends. There are Porta potty’s.
