love this place camp here alot nice roomy sights plenty of shade ,quiet and relaxing. plenty of wildlife showers were cold but covered picnic tables, fire ring, grill ,paved level spots
Location is absolutely perfect for those traveling and need a nice overnight or decide to stay a few extra like I did. Great dock across the street with a clean property.
We stayed here one night on our way to Arkansas. $37.50 per night which was high for what you get. Sites were level enough that we didn’t unhook. Stayed here in a 29’ travel trailer. FHU.
Arkansas River scenery. Sportsman’s paradise. Everything to hunt and fish for in the Southeast. Bugs. Well maintained.
Several of Warfield’s campsites are literally river front. There is a nice boat ramp on the river.
Used to live in the area. Floods, and is visited by people who are usually up to no good. Completely abandoned and overgrown. Good to see for a day, probably not good to sleep at.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This park was very dark, arrived late and could not see any camp site markings because it was so dark. The roads to our camp site was horrible . The only good experience was the bath house. It was clean and well lit.
There was only one other camper there, and they were loud and obnoxious. The only plus was a huge beautiful owl that stayed by and visited. The restrooms were full of spider webs. Will not stay there again.
