Beautiful property that is well cared for.
We have enjoyed our stay here and will return. There are a lot of shady sites. They only downfall is the restrooms. Luckily we have sewer and do not have to use them however if you do need to use them be aware of the bugs. Doesn't seem like they clean the bathrooms too often because there's bugs…

This is essentially 3 separate campgrounds under one location. Sites with sewer hookups are scant & located on sand & dirt sites..we were told we could go into the Mohawk campground and try to find a cement site with sewer hookup, but we found what looked liked homeless encampments (long…
Families and very VERY tall pine trees offer plenty of shade. Also a nearby attraction is the Lynard Skynard memorial monument off I-55 exit 8. Beautiful!
Families abound! Clean and well organized. Live entertainment on Saturday night. The welcome pig was a nice touch! And another morning watching him stroll by for his morning walk. You can feed the deer. They walk right up to you! Looks like they are planning more sites, currently under…

This is a very pleasant campground that is well maintained. The campground surrounds a lake with other lakes on the property for fishing. There are also walking trails and very clean showers and restrooms.
The park has plenty of nice campsites. We had camped here in years past, but the park was much improved this time. We had full hookups and had a site near the lake. The park people were especially helpful, and you can get your propane tank filled at the park. The grounds are well kept and…
Nice campground. We stayed in back loop by lake. Sites were very narrow, no privacy, everyone is on top of each other. The site next to us had sewer hook up right on side of our picnic table. Lots of flies but no mosquitoes!
You can tell this was a good park in its hey day. Those days are gone. Staff are all very unorganized. People on golf carts speeding around sites are packed together (depending which area you're in). Doesn't look like the park had had proper maintenance in 15-20 years.

I came here once when we were kids, nothing popped out to me then as a kid.
Recently stayed there with my kids mostly because of nostalgia, my kids kinda had the same meh 😐 reaction.
Has a playground, swimming area was closed though.
This is another good park to come to if you're into…
We had our 1st trip there over spring break.
If you want quiet time, this isn't the best place but if you like a lively and busy one, it's for you.
Large pool, store and Cafe. Playground and jump pads for kids too

The park was rather large and nice camping spots. Located on a massive lake and two 18 hole disc golf courses. We managed to make our way down the weekend of an ice storm and the park rangers made their rounds making sure everybody was okay and had plenty of firewood.
The RV’s are situated too close for our liking. They have lots of green space which is nice but they could of given more room between campers. Cabins look nice and theres a beautiful lake. The price is great for seniors.
Campground is set up for kids and families. Nice pool area and playground for the kids. Concerts on the weekends and red stag and potbelly pigs roam freely on the property. They are in the process of adding more sites and a new entry.
Second time at Flint Creek in Wiggins Mississippi. Stayed during the middle of January of 2021 on site 29.
The back of the site backs up to the lake, with plenty of beach to fish or hangout. This site would be perfect during the summer if you wanted to swim. The site had full hookups with 50amp…
