Friendly

Friendly campground, kids and adult paint the weekend we were there. Awesome that they have a dog pond and the fishing was good there too. Lots of seasonal sites. Easy to find. Flat sites.

Loved by my family

This camp ground was great for my family and doggie. Everyone we encountered was friendly. We did a camp site with not power. My son and I loved watching the baby field mice 0lay in the marsh land. The con of this camp ground was the misquote, we went through 3 deep woods cans in just the first…

The place was right in the beach. The sites are back-in level paved with concrete slab some grass and electric and water but bring a big hose because the water spigots are not lined up very well. (There supposed to remedy this)

Big bathhouses, convenience store in middle. The whole scenery is beautiful, close to Hampton Beach. Watch out for the black birds they'll fly into your screen tent, get in your trash and eat your 🍉 out of the rind. The sites are pretty close it's like parking lot with small yard. The water…

The place was gorgeous, sites right in front of campsite, beach with life guards, and bathrooms all over so your always close to more than one.

We just checked out today we were there for a week. It probably would have been a great time, but it rained all week and then they opened the dam. So the lake flooded, the roads, and the beach. We were the only one s that didn't have to move sites. We had a beautiful view, the lake flooded…

4th of July

We enjoyed our stay. The first site we got was way too small for our tent and they accommodated us and gave us a choice of two others to pick from. A lot of seasonal people but friendly. Playground is on the beach. They don’t allow sparklers so that was a bummer ok the 4th, but still got to see…

Don't waster your money

Horrible camp ground, unkept and run down. Muddy Pot holes on every road. Dirty bathrooms, Pool is the only amenity. Zero activities. Without water and power for over 12+ hours. Flooded site, unpleasant and incompetent staff. We will not be returning.

Favorite NH Spot

This has quickly become my favorite place to camp solely because of the sites all being in wooded areas that aren't cramped, and also for the kayaking. The lake itself is beautiful and so fun to be out on the water. There are a bunch of small islands throughout the lake to pull up on a sandbar and…

lakeside camping at a bargain rate...for state residents

After scouting this campground in December, I was able to score a last minute reservation of a waterfront site in July. As a caveat, waterfront in this instance was more of a water view as the lake was on the other side of the campground road and a large open area with trees. Campsites are$17/night…

Great for kids and dogs!

Nice clean camp ground. Beautiful dog park with agility course. Restrooms were clean and centrally located.

Very Loud

This is okay for what it is. The staff all seemed very friendly everytime we had interacted with them. The store was convenient. The bathroom was clean, but pretty cramped. Definitely aimed towards more of the RV/camper fields. It seems like the majority of the sites are seasonals. The tent…

July 21 stay

Really loved our very friendly neighbors! Decent sized campground seems clean from what we experienced. The sites are a bit closer together than we usually like to be but it isn’t awful. Pretty quiet overall. Wish we knew in advance how the hookups were layed out because it is way far away from…

Love the water, not a fan of the non-campers

This is a city park with a beach and a campground. This is a no frills campground, though there is a playground and beach. It’s less than 2 miles from Salem and on the trolley line.

Family campground

Pros- very clean, bathrooms kept up with regularly. Staff is very nice. They offer boat rentals, canoes, paddle boats and kayaks. Store on site and they do activities during the week. Definitely more kids friendly I think. They do have a pool, park, dog park, lake and food trucks visits at times.…
