"You can choose a spot on the marsh and over the water and there’s you will see your neighbors, but we choose to stay tucked into the back where there are full hookups."

ScoutWhat a nice RV park with 138 sites mostly pull thru’s with full hookups 30/50amps just minutes off the highway I-64. Our site was very nice site#10, a leveled concrete site with room to park our towed vehicle while still attached to our Motor Home. We also had a level concrete patio with a picnic table. Very well kept and very clean with grass between sites. Lots to do-pickleball, playground, volleyball mini golf, two nature trails and a nice-sized pool. Our Wi-Fi and cable were very adequate and easy to connect to the internet. Very convenient to Williamsburg, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We had site pull thru.

ScoutWe are winter residents having spent our first time this past year. We found the new owners and management very accommodating. Lot fee is reasonable. We found it quiet, pet friendly,and wooded off-road location. Looking forward to returning in the fall.
TravelerWould give it 4 stars for the hookups and friendly staff but we were welcomed to our site with pile of dog poop that had been left there. Gravel site pad could definitely use some maintenance and fresh material added. Had to put down boards to park our travel trailer because about a third of the pad had just turned into mud.
TravelerI’ve visited twice in the last 8 months. My first trip was solo. It’s a very tiny campground. No need for a cart or bike to get around. Most people were there at night and visiting the attractions during the day. The staff was absolutely amazing! The campground store was hit. They made me feel so at home.
I returned with my young son and we enjoyed the game room and grilling! We can’t wait to return in the summer when the pool is open and they serve cool treats for the kids!
TravelerWe came from Pa/De and wanted to look for sharks teeth. It was beautiful here so we decided to stay the night. We only have a small tent and some snacks. Lol but we are having an amazing time. Beautiful and relaxing.

TravelerJust a few miles off of Interstate ninety five and u s seventeen. Within thirty minutes of fredericksburg. At this k o a everything was clean and organized. Our site was a pull through. With plenty of room side to side. In fredericksburg be sure to do the trolley tour.
