Always very accommodating
Stopped for the night passing through. Large sights, very easy to navigate!! Cabins look very well maintained, pool and play area for kids. Trails for walks with the dogs out away from the camp.
Been going to Coolwater for four years now on an annual group trip, and see no end in sight.
The owner, Geri, is amazing. Firewood and ice sold on site for good prices. Decent restrooms and showers with pit toilets around if needed. Large shaded sites and AMAZING people visiting each year. The…

Our family loved the location. There is so much to see and do in the surrounding area. We had a great time on the Dune Climb, checked out the beach, and hiked the Empire Bluffs. Sites are well maintained and staff are helpful and courteous.
I hate camping, but this campground I’ll go to. Water and electric hook up at all the sites, cabins available, their own little lake and boat launch, there’s Kid’s EVERYWHERE! 🥰 Its absolutely perfect for the entire camping spectrum. Nice clean bathrooms, a nice little store and restaurant right…
Nice people. Some sites are electric only, some include water. Not busy and quiet. Did not use bathhouse.
We had a great experience at the RV resort. We stayed on both sites 44 and 4 and both were very nice stamped concrete pads with full hookups. Gorgeous landscaping. The lodge is very nice with a full kitchen, two full private bathrooms, lounge area and a covered outdoor patio complete with a full…

This site provides a rustic wooded setting that's clean with a very friendly staff. Very wooded, clean restrooms, shower and laundry. Grocery store immediately off site within walking distance. Sand beach across the street on the shore of a beautiful lake or use the heated pool on site. You won't…
This campground is situated in a national park so you have all of the park ranger activities and resources. You will need to purchase a National park pass for a day, week, or a year. The sites are spaced very far apart and are nestled under mature trees. bathrooms are pristine and you have a dish…
we stayed one night, arriving late after mechanical troubles, we missed out on all the park has to offer, which turned out to be more than we had expected.
Had to catch the ferry the next morning, but from what we saw, and from talks with people staying there who were regulars, a place we want to…
This was a wonderful campground, we can’t find one thing to complain about. Everything was super clean and spots were wonderful. Tons of activities for kids.

Great people and atmosphere. Some seasonal, some not. People were amazing help. Clean pool and playground. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do on-site and only a few minutes from all the activities with the dunes.
Timber Ridge is clean. Great family fun. We stay for a week with the family (5-8 campsites) with this group. Kids have fun. Large campground. Near so many things to do or just stay out here!!
We visit this campground at least 1-2 times per year (spring-summer) and occasionally once in fall. The rustic sites are spacious and are private enough —some more private than others. All have some view of the lake and all have easy access to launches. The modern portion of the park has wooded…
Very nice and peaceful campground right on Lake Dubonnet, perfect for kayaking. 2.5 mile hiking/biking trail on perimeter. Big sites most on lake and quiet.
