Beautiful campground

This place is amazing. Nice private sites. Our site was on the side of a large hill overlooking everything. We were king of the mountain. Campground is remote but SO worth it. A bit pricy but each site has concrete patio along with patio furniture and a nice charcoal grill. Sitting out at night…

Camp hosts are out of their minds

Camped here 11-28-21, the current camp hosts were out of control, yelling, aggressive, and just rude all around. Definitely acting in what would be called an altered mental status. If there was a polite host or even one that didn’t have a desire to abuse the little power they were given the place…

Easy Accessible - amazing views

Campground was easy to get to from main road. Close to Morro Bay. Campground had access to Cerro Alto Summit which had 360 views at the top. Bathrooms were clean and 2 locations on site.

Water, no electric for $45/night

There are outlets in the bathroom. The shower with the door lock is okay but the dust on the windowsill and screens are not. It's a pretty dusty place overall.

Small RV non tent camping

This place is small but super clean and comfortable. There is highway noise but the facility has a lot of options for kids and a amazing grounds. There is very limited space between sites and they are small! But I found it very reasonable.

Quaint KOA

This KOA is older, but super quaint. Staff is really nice and bathrooms, campsites and showers are very clean. Campground is tucked away within the mountain and there are many things to do just outside the campground. Beach, trails and golfing all within 5min. Spaces are a little small, not much…

Great place to stay!

Not only wAs this campground clean, but so good if you want tons of things to do. We biked to the beach. Swam at the pool. Watched an outdoor movie. Played shuffleboard, etc.

Family's Annual Winter Trip

Amazing place to come with the family. It's full on camping but you just don't have to bring a tent because a gorgeous bell tent is set up for you with two huge mattresses and a Buddy Heater to keep you warm at night.  The place is gorgeous and completely secluded.  When the sun goes down the…

Plans change when Big Sur is on fire

We got here on a Friday around 11am for a walk in site and the campground was packed. Luckily the campground hosts were very nice and had placed us in the overflow campsites. Which was just a small open area with another group already set up there. The next day they gave us a walk in campsite so we…

Nothing speical

Dusty little place. It was the only one available since all of the surrounding spots were booked up.

Restrooms and showers close at 6p, so only potter potties are available after that.

Also the tenting spots are really close together.

$45 is way to expensive for what it is. Even for…

Lovely family camping

Great for young families. There is a pool, jumping pillow, playground, etc. RV spots are on flat, dusty parking areas and are easy to navigate. Very friendly staff. Internet is slow. The lake is 1/2 mile away, so very convenient. The park is loaded with really nice hiking trails. We are enjoying…

Great location but loud

This was our first trip in our RV and I think it worked out well. The location of this place is perfect with lots to do in the area. 1 hour south of here was Solvang and Ostrich farm, 1 hourish north is Cambria and San Simeon. There is also Avila beach about 5 minutes away and pismo about 10 min.…
