The 3 acre Lake depends on Rainfall, depending on full, or lower levels at different times. We are NOT a RV Park!&nbsp; We do expect some communication with our guests arriving on our property. To better to get to know them and how we can help them. We are Different than your traditional RV Parks! Our Campsites are more private and secluded than other RV Parks or Campgrounds. ## Overview

Tejas Park sits on the south side of Georgetown Lake in the Hill Country of Texas, about 25 miles north of Austin. Tejas park sits upon the south bank of the North San Gabriel River offering good opportunities for fishing, wading or floating and features plenty of large, grassy open areas for running around and enjoying the scenic Texas countryside. 

## Recreation

Boating is the most popular way to enjoy the clear waters of the lake. Fishing is excellent in the area, and the lake contains Black bass, White bass, Hybrid stripers, White crappie, Channel catfish and Flathead catfish, but its most known for its abundance of Smallmouth bass. The San Gabriel River Trail is a 26 mile rugged trail winding through dense juniper forest, hardwood bottomlands and prairie grasslands. The trail wraps completely around Georgetown Lake via the dam and is open to both hiking and biking. Hunting is available for for small game like dove, waterfowl, rabbit and squirrel, as well as white tail deer. Hunting is by permit only.

## Facilities

Tejas Park has 12 primitive campsites, allowing visitors to enjoy the outdoor experience with the added convenience of a picnic table with grills and fire rings. A Group Area is available for use by larger groups (maximum 25 people). The group site does not have a shelter.

Additionally, Austin is located just 25 miles from the lake, offering countless tourist attractions.

## Charges & Cancellations

**Cancellations:**

  * **Once a reservation date has begun, customers cannot change a reservation using the online system or through the Call Center. On-site personnel are not able to modify reservations.**
  * Individual Campsites: Cancellations up to 2 days before a reservation start date incur a $10.00 cancellation fee. A customer who cancels a reservation the day before or on the day of arrival will pay a $10.00 service fee AND forfeit the first night's use fee (not to exceed the total paid for the original reservation). Cancellations for a one-night reservation will forfeit the entire amount paid and will not be subject to an additional service fee. 
  * Group Facility (including Cabins and Lookouts): Customers who cancel a group overnight facility reservation less than 14 days before the arrival date will pay a $10.00 service fee AND forfeit the first night's use fee. 



**Refunds:**

  * Customers can request refunds online up to 7 days after the scheduled departure date. After 7 days, customers must request refunds through the call center.
  * Cancellation fees are non-refundable.

In addition to Tejas Park, there are 3 additional camps that are only accessible by hiking or boat. Most of these sites are equipped with a picnic table, ground fire ring, and a lantern stand. Walnut Springs Camp is located between milepost 15 and 16. Careful trip planning is encouraged when using these facilities. Potable water is not available. There is a 14 day camping limit.

Welcome to Los Rios Campground! We are located in Camp Wood, TX on 900 front feet of the majestic Nueces River. Our campground consists of nearly 14 acres with 10 Cabins, 4 Tiny Homes, 5 RV Sites & several sites for Primitive Tent Camping. We are the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Time to unplug, reconnect, and let the river recharge you!

Check In/Out: Check in time is 3pm for Cabins & Tiny Homes and 1pm for RV Sites & Primitive Camping Sites. Arriving guests are welcome to arrive as early at 12pm on arrival date to begin use of campground facilities (including river access). However, please bear in mind that your accommodation may not be available/accessible for check in and use until designated check in time. Early arrivals must park in the overflow parking area (near the barn).



Check out time is 10am for all accommodations. However, after checking out, departing guests are welcome to continue their use of campground facilities (including river access) until 2pm of the departing day at no additional costs. Departing guests (after checking out and vacating accommodation at 10am) must park in the overflow parking lot (near the barn) to continue use of campground facilities. Please be sure to inform the office of your intention to stay beyond accommodation check out time.



We cannot guarantee the same cabin/site if you choose to extend your stay, but we'll darn sure try our best to make it happen Please check with the office as soon as you can to see about possible extensions.

Orrasis Ranch located a short distance from Marble Falls, TX is convenient to all the lakes in the Highland Lakes chain, Hidden Falls Adventure park is just a couple miles down FM 1431.&nbsp; Parks and Trails are abundant.&nbsp; Our facilities include two cabins, 8 RV sites, dispersed camping sites on our 6+ acres.&nbsp; Our guests enjoy dark skies at night for star gazing, community fire pits, gas grills, 1/4 miles of pathways.&nbsp; We welcome well behaved pets.&nbsp; Our camping guests may use the bathhouse which has a hot shower and a composting toilet.&nbsp; There is a playground and a climbing wall for the kids.

Enchanted Rock is a large pink granite dome that rises 425 feet above the surrounding terrain and is the largest granite monadock in the United States. Indians, Spaniards and early settlers all had stories of magical, spiritual or unexplained happenings around the rock which gave the feature its name. These days, one of the most intriguing sights is at night, after a rain. The wet dome seems to glitter in the moonlight and while regarded as a simple play of light on the granite, the effect adds to both the mystery and enchantment of the area. 


Another intriguing site in the Hill Country is Jacob’s Well, a short 78 miles southeast from Enchanted Rock State Park. Fed by a natural artesian spring, Jacob’s Well consists of a large pool connected to a vast underground cavern system that sprawls more than 4300 feet. The spring is connected to the Trinity Aquifer and emits thousands of gallons of water each day where visitors can enjoy the cool 68 degree water.
