Campground well maintained and relatively quiet given its peak season for Delaware beaches. Off the beaten path from beach noise but does require a 15-30 minute drive to popular beaches.
Pros: large area for back in campers. Water park free, cheap weekend getaway, has cabins and golf cart…

Seems like the campground is geared for longer stays. Unfortunately, I was only there one night, and it rained. The campground was badly flooded. Showers were fine, snack bar helped, since I could not grill outside in the heavy rain.
Secluded. Spacious sites. Firewood available. No facilities. Quiet.
Love this place been coming here since 1983. brought my kids here and now they bring there's here also. Great times plenty to do people very nice. love the west4rn town wiht Johnny and Amy at the Indian village and the water parks. easy to get to and from and closer to The OC Boardwalk.
Great state park with the beach on one side and the bay on the other. All reachable on bikes. Town of Lewes is right there and has cute shops and places to eat. Rehobeth is 5 miles away by bike on the trail, and has a boardwalk and great shopping. Campground also has Fort Myers tours and lots of…
Easily booked a site online for July 5-7 and had a very nice, quiet stay in the park. We chose this park as an alternative to staying on Assateague since it's only about 40 minutes away, and we prefer the shaded forest and lack of crowds. There were only a few other campers in our loop. If it was…

This is a nice campground but it is crowded! The sites have more living space than some we’ve been to but don’t come here for privacy.
We took our 1st trip to Point Lookout the 1st week of June, glad we did. Tulip Loop has full hookups which was great, but the sites are basically in a swamp. I think we were there before the mosquitos. I'm sure with all the standing water they'd be everywhere!! We didn't have much cover from trees,…
We took out 1st trip to Tuckahoe over the 4th of July weekend. We really liked the park, but beware, the sites can be small! I watched people with 25+ footers struggle to back into the sites. We booked site 21, blind. The web site does not say site 21 is extremely small. We have a 25' camper, and…
The park is amazing. the bike trails and kayaking trails are great. kayaking through thenald cypress swamp is a unique experience. campground store is worth checking out. sites are water and electric within easy reach. everything is sand. sites all seemed Level. cell provider Verizon had…
I stay at this campground everytime I come to the beach. It is nice, clean and the staff is friendly. It's just a short walk to the beach if you don't want to drive. I will be back in August and I can't wait.
Great for the kids, nice pool, just off main highway
Just off highway, nice wooded area, access to a good boat ramp.
Loved my overnight camping trip! I camped alone and felt very safe. The campsites are small and close together. A total of 7 campsites
Firewood, fire pit, grill, and park bench available. You are supposed to leave payment for the firewood in a lock box next to the cord.
There are trails to hike,…

Nice sunny spot, clean facilities, right next to a bike path that takes you directly to the beach which is about a 20 minute walk. Campsites clustered a bit and a lot of families.
