Clean campground close to TRNP and Medora. The pool was closed when we were there after Memorial Day in near 100 deg heat. Spots are CLOSE together. It looked like some RV awnings were touching the RV next door. They weren't but it looked that closed. The staff was awesome. Access to Little…
We couldn’t find the check in place and no one knew where to check in. We get to check in and have to drive around to find the RV spaces. They were so close together. The sewer connection didn’t work. We had to back up so close to the next row, it was nerve racking. The casino is walking distance,…
This Location is a GEM right outside the gates of Teddy Roosevelt NP! The town of Medora is a small western town and you can ride the whole town by bike from the campground in under 2 Miles. Tons of things to do and see and the wildlife is Plentiful in the park! The campground has a trail right…
I was able to see the northern lights here once! Good trail access
Doesn’t ever seem to be to full. Awesome access to the lake
We recently stayed at Medora Campground. It was too early in the season to catch the Musical however we rode our bikes into town, the local bike shop was great, and was able to fix my husband's bike! The Campground itself is on the small side as far as sites go but they are pull-through which…

Easy access off Hwy 2. We were there in first week of June & had place to ourselves, but there are MANY sites, most on the reservoir. Not a walking or swimming beach, but lots of birds & waterfowl, and gophers! Grass sites & trees, pit toilets & that’s it.
Easy to find and close to many attractions. Quiet and comfortable sites for everything from class a to tents.
This site was very scenic and secluded, with trees between the sites making them much more private. Great hiking nearby, and only a couple other people there on a weekend in June. Great option if other sites are booked. $10 cash.
We enjoyed Medora Campground! The sites were quite small but we spent the majority of our time in town, in the National park, or at the musical. There was construction, to expand the campground, while we were there so that was loud and noisy. Bathrooms and showers were clean.
$10 use fee per night.. Small lake recreation area with 18 sites and vault toilets. Hand pump water available at the day use area. Pack in pack out. The sites are spread out in 3 loops. Clean and very nicely done with sheltered picnic tables. 16 miles from nearest store in beautiful surroundings…

What a gem! Off the beaten path but on our way to see the sights so convenient. 7 spots across from the park. 30/50 amp electric with water and dump. Water was not turned on when we were here. Bar and a restaurant a short walking distance away. Post office and city hall across the street. Lion's…

Tight fit but close to the National Park and downtown Medora.
The town of Medora truly supports the Theodore Roosevelt National Park.

We stayed here 1 evening and afternoon. It was quite there was alot of work being done when we stayed.
Quick overnight stay. According to the ranger 7 total campers in the state park. Very quiet to say the least. Two cold to paddle board.
