Host was very friendly, and very patriotic. Cute dog parks, with water for the dogs, and a swing for you to hang out on while you wait for the dogs business to be done.  There is a petting zoo with baby goats and piglets here too.

Right off I-10. Stayed 1 night. Owner is so nice. Park is well kept. Nice dog park. Little road noise but not horrible.

New convenient campground right off I-10. Level concrete FHU pull-throughs. Bare bones with no other facilities (restrooms, showers, pool, playground or dog park). Really designed just for an overnight

Nice campground resort. Within 10 mins to everything you need from Walmart to Hospital. Very nice Clubhouse with a kitchen that can be reserved by guests. Nice pool . Nice laundry room. And a workout room . The only downfall I have noticed is being able to hear the traffic from 90 in the evenings but not a big deal to me. Nice restrooms with showers . Fenced in dog park. Everything you need for a great stay !

Visiting friends in Quincy, easy to reserve a last minute site. Pull through with FHU. Under $50 with our GS discount. Excellent Dog park(huge and clean with lots of grass and seating) Pool was behind our site, clean but didn’t use. Our 40” fifth wheel barely fit. The front sites, and back of the park were the best sites. Staff was friendly, and nice general store. Facilities were clean, but we didn’t use. Close to town I-10. Had fair connection with T-Mobile.

Easy on and off freeway. Pet friendly. Internet sketchy. Enjoyed a nice peaceful two day rest. Friendly owner. Freeway noise can be loud.

Ed and Bernices is a hidden gem.  Beautiful park.  Very peaceful.  You have a boat ramp for use with your rental.  The park and bathrooms are very clean.  Staff is very nice and helpful.  A fish cleaning station.  Bring your toys for the river, we had a blast.  Everyone in the park treated us like family.  Our pets were welcome.   Just cant say enough about this park.  I really enjoyed my time there and am going to be back soon.  You’ll love it.

I truly believe that it is the soul of the RV Park that makes it wonderful. The owners and managers of this park are absolutely incredible. The most accommodating kindest, most friendly people I have ever run across in all of the travels I’ve done which is many and my RV! This place has not been on the map before it is new and it has only had about a month in operating at this location. I kind of accidentally ended up here when being evacuated from hurricane Milton in Clearwater and somebody else from another campground that turned out to be a bust suggested we go here because it was an unknown location. Well Joanie, the owner was packed, but she fit us in anyway she made a parking space she created a connection. She figured out how to get water to us and welcomed us with food and music. The park inside has tables and chairs and little beautiful hanging lights a big fire pit and a really nice bathhouse with laundry room… We were instantly welcomed and various churches brought over food to all the campers here who had been evacuated from their homes… the place is beautiful and clean and sits on the prettiest river the Apalachicola river. It’s pet friendly and lots of dogs and kids with a big bounce house for the kids to play on guys came over from churches with guitars and played music just a wonderful place to beif you’re on your way back down to Florida evacuating run don’t walk to this campground because there’s lots of space here that is unfilled at the moment just because she isn’t well known.

Falling Waters State Park name says it all. If you love waterfalls, hiking and adventures you should definitely come here. Waterfalls and hiking are two of my favorite things when it comes to nature and this park has both. The park is surrounded by gorgeous trees, which are nice because they provide plenty of shade. There is a really pretty boardwalk that leads you right to the waterfall. The lookout point is a perfect location to stand and watch the waterfall and take pictures of course! The park offers some great hikes as well. You can choose from 3 different hikes that are located within Falling Waters State Park. All of them a great hikes with amazing views. The hikes are not difficult and very short, which makes it nice because you can do them with your whole family. The campsites are great, and come with a picnic table and fire pit ring. The nice thing about this park is that pets are welcomed, but you do have to keep your dogs on leashes. There is a cool picnic area and a small playground if you have kids. Another great thing about this park is that there are a few places where you can go and swim. During the summertime months these small lakes do get quite busy. They both have a sandy beach leading up to the water. You can also fish, although my family didn't have any luck! It was definitely fun though. We also went to a butterfly museum which was located only a few miles past the campground. This was pretty cool, and I would recommend going there if you have any extra time. We stayed here 3 nights last summer, and our campsite location was perfect. I love that the campsites aren't super close together. We were close to the playground, which was nice for my younger cousins. I can't wait to come back here in the future and enjoy the hikes and waterfalls!

Campground spots were sufficient if a little tight. Nice bathhouse with playground swings. Great open field behind volleyball court with fencing all around to burn the dogs’ energy before taking off. Walk to falls from campground was fun with a mixture of dirt, boardwalk, and paved (handicap accessible to the falls). Busy with people but not terrible.

I would have given 5 stars, but we lost water pressure in the morning, and there were hunting dogs on location that barked quite a bit. Those are the only complaints! Everything else is outstanding! The staff is super nice, and the sites are level and pretty easy to get in and out. Definitely bring your fishing poles!!! Huge bass!

Have waited six months into our RV life to start reviews for fair comparisons. Stayed 2 nights in 35 foot RV+tow car in 2 different sites at$27/night. This campground was alright, nothing wrong with it, just nothing too exciting. Waterfall wasn’t very exciting either. The hiking trails were small but very nice, great for walking the dog. Two nights here was plenty.

Spent 3 nights at Kolomoki Mounds State Park, site 6 on the water. Really enjoyed it. Small campground with a short walk to the beach and day use area. Playgrounds and mini golf for the kids and a variety of walking trails. We were warned to keep our small dog and kids away from the water when unsupervised, but didn't catch a glimpse of any gators. The mounds were neat, and we took a side trip to Providence Canyon State Park about an hour north.
