For those who want to experience Lowell, but still want the creature comforts of home, consider glamping for your trip. Glamping is not only a fun alternative to traditional tent camping, but also allows you to pack more or less gear as you see fit. These scenic and easy to access Oregon glamping locations are perfect for any adventurer.
At the confluence of the North Fork and the middle fork of the Willamette River sits Casey's Riverside RV Resort. This park is exclusive to RV's. No tent camping, no dry camping. Big rig friendly with full hook-ups.

The park includes a 48 site campground, playground, 27 slip marina with accommodations for some dry moorage, designated swimming area, boat ramp, two large group day use facilities with electricity and water features. Baker Bay has parking for 183 cars and 51 car/trailer. Campground features ADA restrooms and showers and a single vault restroom. Day use area has flushing restrooms, open picnic areas, horse shoe pits, and a volleyball court. A primitive trail on the east side of the campground runs 0.8 miles to the east property boundary.

Schwarz Campground is located below Dorena Lake in Oregon's Southern Willamette Valley. The campground is approximately five miles from the city of Cottage Grove. A variety of recreational opportunities are available, including fishing, boating, swimming and hiking. A number of historic covered bridges can also be found in the area.
Dorena Lake is a great location for boating, water skiing, fishing and swimming. Nearby Baker Bay County Park offers a boat ramp and marina. The Row River Trail stretches 14 miles from downtown Cottage Grove, past the Dorena Dam and along the entire north side of the lake. This popular path is open tor hiking, biking and horseback riding. The Cottage Grove Scenic Byway Tour meanders past seven historic covered bridges in the area. The bridges were built in the 1920s and 30s, and some are still in use today.
Dorena Lake is situated in the low foothills of the Calapooya Mountains. The campground is surrounded by a diverse mix of marshland, coniferous forests and grasslands. The weather is generally mild during the recreation season with temperatures ranging from the low 50s to the upper 90s. Chances of precipitation are high from May through mid-June.
Reservation changes or cancellations can be made through Recreation.gov or by calling 1-877-444-6777. Cancelling/Changing a Reservation __A $10.00 service fee will apply if you change or cancel your reservation. The $10.00 service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on when you cancel in relation to your arrival day, it may be considered a late cancellation (see below). Late Cancellations Individual Campsites: A customer who cancels a reservation the day before or on the day of arrival will pay a $10.00 service fee AND forfeit the first night's use fee (not to exceed the total paid for the original reservation). Cancellations for a one-night reservation will forfeit the entire amount paid and will not be subject to an additional service fee. Group Facility: Customers who cancel a group overnight facility reservation less than 14 days before the arrival date will pay a $10.00 service fee AND forfeit the first night's use fee. No-Shows A no-show customer is one who does not arrive at a campground and does not cancel the reservation by check-out time on the day after the scheduled arrival date. Staff will hold a campsite until 2pm on the day following the scheduled arrival date. No-shows are assessed $20.00 service fee and forfeit the first nights recreation fee for a campsite. Early Departures If a customer departs prior to the scheduled check-out date, they may be eligible for a partial refund. Please notify staff at the facility if you depart early to allow others to use the site. Customers may notify the call center to request a refund of remaining unused nights. If a customer requests a refund for an early departure after the facility check-out time has passed, the customer will not be refunded for that night and is eligible for a refund on any additional nights that will not be used. Refunds Customers may submit a refund request through their Recreation.gov profile within 7 days of the end date of their reservation. Customers may also initiate a refund request through the call center at any time after their reservation has ended. Debit or Credit Card Purchases: Refunds for debit or credit card payments will be issued as a credit to the original card used to pay. Check or Cash Purchases: Recreation.gov will mail a Treasury check for refunds of cash, check, or money order payments to the address associated with the reservation. You may update the address at the time you request the refund. It may take up to 6-8 weeks for the Treasury check to arrive. Please make sure your address is up to date in your customer profile.

Rujada Campground is located 21 miles east of Cottage Grove (45 minutes from Eugene) on a riverside terrace above Layng Creek. A favorite site for family picnics and camping, visitors will enjoy shaded campsites with privacy, access to swimming on the banks of Layng Creek and a hike through a rich riparian Douglas fir forest on the Swordfern trail. Check out a historic Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) shelter and a kid's playground with obstacles, swing, teeter- totter and monkey bars both located within the campground.
Recreational opportunities are plentiful and include hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, and nature viewing. Spirit Falls, Moon Falls, and Pinard Falls Trails are just a few of the local waterfall trails in the area.
This beautiful and quiet campground located in the Umpqua National Forest sits at approximately 1,200 feet in elevation among Douglas fir, hardwood trees and ferns.
Rujada Day Use Picnic Area is located within the campground and may be reserved. Nearby are three spectacular waterfall trails. Spirit Falls is a short 0.4 mile, more difficult hike to a 60' waterfall. Moon Falls is an easy, 0.5 mile hike to a 125' cascading waterfall. Pinard Falls is a 0.6 mile, more difficult hike to a 105' waterfall. All three hikes are within 10 miles of the campground and can be done within a single day.

Clark Creek, located 12 miles northeast of Lowell, Oregon, is a fantastic group campground built by the Civilian Conservation Corps. It features five sleeping structures with platform sleeping bunks, plus a large field to pitch tents, play baseball and volleyball or throw a Frisbee. Several hiking and biking trails, swimming areas and open fields offer fun opportunities for large groups with varied interests.
The campground offers a baseball field and horseshoe pits, and a volleyball net can be set up on the field. A few footpaths meander through the recreation area. One connects the sleeping shelters to Big Falls Creek and another links to the Ta-Wa-Si Chapel. The Fall Creek Trail Area is worth exploring, including the Clark Creek Nature Trail.
Clark Creek runs through the campground and connects with Big Fall Creek in the Willamette Valley. Willamette National Forest spans 1.6 million acres on the western slopes of the Cascade Mountains.
Belknap Hot Springs is located on the McKenzie River, one of Central Oregon's hidden jewels and is great for camping near Eugene. Open 365 days of the year with our two mineral hot spring pools and many acres of gardens including the extravagant Secret Garden, Belknap offers a relaxing experience not soon to be forgotten. NO WALK IN TENT CAMPING STARTING November 1, 2019 until April 1st 2020.

Site Quality: We were in a deluxe RV site that had a level gravel camper pad, electric hookup, fire ring, and picnic table. Unlike most RV parks, there was a decent amount of foliage between most sites to provide a measure of privacy.
Bath/Shower House: Two toilets, two sinks, and two showers. Clean but limited privacy for the toilets with just a curtain. Bench and hooks are outside of showers with no other separation so there is a lack of privacy there as well (did not use the shower so I cannot comment on how well it worked, although they looked nice).

We arrived later than planned (just before dark) and it was cold and rainy the next day so we were not able to take advantage of the many nearby recreation activities but the staff recommended a nearby waterfall hike that we could do in inclement weather. We would definitely consider returning during better weather.

Stayed in Yurt #2 in the Yurt village on Fathers Day weekend. There was also a fishing tournament this weekend, so the park was completely full. The Yurt Village stayed very quite. Most noise was the Trucks/Boat coming and leaving the boat ramp which is about 400yds away.
Yurt #2 & 3 are deluxe yurts. All this means is you get a larger deck and propane firepit. To use the firepit you need to bring your own propane, large 20lb style. The Yurts have solar lights inside and out, not sure how long they run, but they lasted us a weekend with conservative use. There is 2 pit style bathrooms in the yurt village. Bathrooms are located at the parking lot.
The yurt village is a ways from the RV/Tent sites. Not a quick or easy walk.
Parking at the yurt village is a little walk from #2 and #3. Best to bring a wagon or such to help transport. Its about 100yd walk each way.
There are 3 beds, one full side bottom with a twin bunk on top and one full size futon. There is a dining table and 4 chairs. There is no running water, bring your own water. I saw a fountain near the parking lot, but did not test it.
While it says no pets, one other yurt had two well behaved dogs. The park knew and didnt stop them, so make your own decision with your pets but dont ruin it for others please.
Weather was pretty good for us. No mosquitoes, though lots of nats but able to sit outside all day without being bothered too much.

LegendThis is a great find! The lower loop has no hookups and it is definitely made for smaller rigs. I was sweating it to get our 30ft 5th wheel out of there! The upper lip has hookups and is easier to maneuver for larger rigs. The day use area is nice. Rocks in the river are super slippery! Nice Frisbee golf course. 5 yurts for rent also. Fairly good shade. Showers cost to use.
Guide
This is one of 3 campgrounds on the lake and by far the busiest. Sites are larger than normal so you aren't sitting onto of each other. Some sites overlook the lake and the rest sit in a very relaxing forest setting. There are yurts on site that are really nice.
Camp host is awesome (Summer of 2020) and bathrooms (outhouses) are cleaned every morning. Potable water available all over the campground.
GuideLarge park with tent spaces, rv hookups, and yurts! Oak grassland doesnt provide very many bushes to hide behind, so absolute privacy is hard to achieve when the park is busy. Sprawling and varried disc golf course with some spectacular long shots, and tight trees. Play structure for the little ones, boat ramp, waterfront sites on the renown North Umpqua river (great fishing and swimming), shower facilities (lots of bathrooms, some flushing, some pit toilets).
Great place to just get outdoors, without being too far from stores and humanity.
Ranger147 acres. 50 sites 14 are power. Large area for group camping. They have 2 yurts. Disc golf rated number 2 in nation. child play area and free parking for campers. You can apply for a veterans card and camp free. The fishing is great and they have a boat ramp. I would recommend this place, but if your in the group area it can be a little noisy. The goal zero lighthouse 250 really lit up the camp site. And it charged my phone. Would definitely recommend goal zero products. TravelerI had amazing time here this last Labor Day weekend with all my friends! I haven’t been camping in a couple years due to my anxiety after being diagnosed with IBS but this campsite eased my worries and I was finally able to enjoy myself with my friends! My only complaint was that they ran out of toilet paper a lot and it would take a long time for it to get filled and the toilet needs to be cleaned out more often but other than that, no complaints here! If you loved camping at fisherman’s bend, you’ll like it here! While I didn’t see any showers while I was there, the campsite was tidy and the sizes of the sites varied. There were even sites for RV and Yurts you could rent out. The boat dock/swim area isn’t too much further from the campsite. But you won’t get much service if you have TMobile. My friend that has AT&T had one bar but that was about it. I highly recommend and will DEFINITELY be visiting as often as possible! It’s my new favorite campsite!
TravelerThis lovely county park campground near Roseburg offers trees, shade from the summer heat, and scenery, but I'm giving it 3 stars for being crowded and somewhat noisy. I admit I was there during peak season, and spent only 1 night, but found that my tent site lacked privacy, and the structure of the gravel road and pull-ins was such that almost every site (except for 1 perimeter drive) was subject to regular vehicle and foot traffic. There is a large yurt for rent on one end of the campground, constructed on a spacious deck overlooking the creek. It appeared to be handicapped-accessible, but as I stood admiring it, I could hear traffic noise from the highway. In between my campsite and the Campground Host's was a camper full of kids in their tweens, who started roaming the small campground after 10pm, making loud, obnoxious noises and laughing hysterically at themselves. When this went on for nearly half an hour with no intervention from adults, I did shout "SHUT UP!" at them after they passed my site and seemed to direct a shout at my tent. They stopped after that, but I hated to be That Person. There were flush toilets, running water, and showers. Bathrooms had neither soap nor paper towels or a working blow-dryer for your hands, so be a good scout and go prepared!
GuideThis was the highlight of out road trip ...although some waterfalls were closed due the the fires in Oregon...there are over 25 waterfalls tokette being my favorite... There is white water rafting...fishing na alot of hiking trails too much to do and is why I will be back

Mallard Creek Golf and RV Resort is located about 3 miles from Waterloo (or 8 miles from Lebanon, Oregon and 11 miles from Sweet Home, Oregon). It is off the beat and design for those serious golfers. The RV resort is design for trailers of any size with 30 to 50 amps electric, also includes, water, sewage hook ups, cable, and a cement table. The Club House has showers, bathrooms, and laundry facility. The club house has a wonderful party space with TV, gas fireplace (no fires at sites), tables for games and social gatherings. Free WIFI, your cel phone and data plans work wonderful in this area. Dogs are allowed, but no pet area to run loose. Kids are welcome but not gear up for things to do unless they love to golf too.
Mallard Creek is gear up for the serious golfers so the summer has special packages for the RV site with golfing from Memorial day weekend to the end of September. For non-golfers the RV resort is available between October 1 to the Thursday before Memorial day.

This beautiful lake is nestled between the mountains near hwy 58. We visited in Auguat, 2018 and the water was quite warm and it has a rock bottom. This combo in Oregon makes for rare swimming conditions! There are many camp grounds and a resort located on the south end.

The Baker Bay Campground and Marina is a county park outside of Cottage Grove, Oregon. It has a boat launch and boat rentals. There are several huge inflatable water structures in the bay which kids can play on for a fee. The concession stand is currently under construction however there is plenty of green space for picnics. There is a large play structure, horseshoes, and a sand volleyball pit.
Great site for families with kids.
Decent main restroom and showers however, the vault toilet near the main camping spots was the WORST I have ever been near. I can't imagine how people near the toilet could stand being there - especially in the heat of the summer.

We were so lucky to get a last minute spot. The bearded man with a that checked us was full of helpful information. We wanted to stay an extra night, but the camp ground was full. Amy at the front station was such a blessing to help us get another night. She went above and beyond in service. We live in Ca and very rarely see this kind of service. I was told by a friend, you will love the Oregon parks. He was so right.

One option when looking for a campground last minute during the summer close to Eugene, Oregon. This one is not usually very busy during peak season in my opinion.
This is a primitive campground so no hook ups for your rv. Bring the generator if your needing a power source during the day.
There are restrooms/ showers on site along with drinking water, a playground, and an rv dump station. Picnic tables and fire pits at each site. Trails are nearby along with a beach/ swimming area at Dorena Lake. Watch for signs of Algae or Swimmers Itch as it has been present the past few years at Dorena Lake.
Overall its a great last minute campground not far from town ( Cottage Grove- Eugene), but doesn't make my list of top 5 if I can make reservations a head of time.

A takeout point on the N Umpqua river trail, this is a reservation only campground. However, there is a phone in the campground you can use to make a reservation! I didn’t try it, but I am betting it is a dedicated line so you couldn’t use it to make other calls. The sites next to the river/riverside are really nice even though not all have river views or access. Access trails are steep, users be warned. Even though the campground is next to the highway, the river really drowns out the noise in the day and there are few cars at night. While the showers are temporarily closed due to Covid, the bathrooms are nice and clean and feel new-er. I love that Oregon has put so many sink water disposal units in their campgrounds, really makes a person feel a bit cleaner and safer.

Campground review
Rujada is smaller campground located just south-east of Cottage Grove, Oregon; up Bryce creek rd.
This is a nice, well-maintained campground right on Layng Creek, in a heavily wooded area. It offers 15 campsites, some of which can be reserved online and others are first come, first served. The sites are quite unique to each other, some offering privacy, some larger and open, and a couple just off the "Swordfern trail" next to the creek. You can hear the creek's small waterfall from most of the sites, and there is even a couple of spots on the creek to take a dip; if you wish.
The "Swordfern trail" starts at the day use area; where you can find a large ball field, horseshoe pits and a tiny playground. The trail continues into the forest following the creek, until it takes a big bend back around to the campground. It is an easy to moderate 2 or so miles, that I feel is family and dog friendly, as the grounds allows pets. If you want bigger hiking payoffs, just up the road approx. 6 miles, you can find "Pinard", "Moon", and "Spirit falls". Each are around 2 easy hiking miles and worth hitting, you can easily do all three in one day. I highly recommend these falls as they are some of the better, lesser known falls in Oregon.
As for amenities; Rujada has two restroom facilities, one pit and one gender-specific flush, with sinks, located nearby the day use area. They also have trash service, recycling, water bibs and dish water troughs. There are no r.v. specific sites, so no power or sewer hookups. Each site also offers the expected firepit rings as well as awesome picnic tables made from big timbers from back in the day.`
I liked this campground overall for its small size and more primitive nature, I will return and use it for a good jumpoff point for the many beautiful hikes nearby.

The Primus Lite+ is a great, light and well built integrated backpacking stove/pot kit from the makers of the original soot free kerosene stove back in 1892. These stoves have come a long way, now offering auto start piezo igniters, no need for manually lighting with a match.
The integrated pot system is attached with a grasp on the neoprene surround and a twist. No need to worry about your pot falling off while boiling water. If you would rather use your ol' trusty pot or kettle; it does have 3 small pegs that can be screwed into the burner to better balance your cookware. These pegs also attach to the pots strap and are at hand anytime. For more stability it also comes with two more options, one is an included tripod stand that fits 3 size fuel bottles. The other is a sweet, included hanging lanyard, so if you can't find a suitable surface, you can hang it from a nearby branch.
If you purchase the smallest size fuel canister, all items(less the tripod) will fit into the integrated pot, taking up the least amount of space possible in your pack.
This unit burns very hot, as the flame is concentrated directly on the pot and is not very adjustable. It does boil water very quickly though, 3-4 min. depending on conditions. I do feel that it might not be the best unit for cooking food as I could see it easily burning the food to the bottom. I might try rice or soup, just keep an eye on it. It is a perfect setup for making Mountain house meals and I love it for my coffee.
My only criticism would be the pouring spout, or lack thereof. The cap has a hole for pouring with two alongside to allow for airflow. My problem, which may be user error, is most times I'm pouring, the water spills down the side of the pot. I tried to pour quicker, or slower, at an angle, and almost always have this problem. It is getting better each time I try, so hopefully I can solve this soon.
All and all a great unit and does all that would be expected from this type of system, with some cool unique features. I recommend this to any backpacker or even the casual camper.

This park is located between Corvallis and Albany Oregon. Very convenient to local stores like Costco, Walmart, Fred Meyer‘s. This park has all the basic necessities from their main store for things that you might have forgotten or need restocking. The park also has things for the kids to do like a basketball court, a pool, walking trails, putt putt golf which is pay to play ($1). 
You can tell the park has seen some used over the years, and the staff seem to be working hard to try and maintaining it. At the bottom of the pool there are definitely some chipped areas which are very rough on the feet and chipping and they’re probably dealing with some leaking underneath the pool.
Overall it was a decent stay I know my wife had mention the road noise from the close by highway was a little annoying some of the nights as she is light sleeper.  A decent stop for the family over the Fourth of July weekend, we would probably come back again.
We had a 28 foot trailer with full hook ups, had to park my pick up sideways on the slip to make it all fit. Site #2

Campground review
Whittaker creek is a medium size 30 site, BLM, first come first served campground encircling Whittaker creek, where it meets the Siuslaw river. It is a mile or so off of hwy 126, just before Mapleton on the way to the Oregon coast; approx. 1 hr from Eugene.
I like the setup of this campground, it has very dense vegetation surrounding some sites, but others are wide open at the foot of the Whittaker ridge. If you luck out, a few sites have private access to the small wading pool created by a bend in the creek. It is a small pool, but nice for young children to swim, for adults to float, or just sun on the rocky shore. If you want a bigger swimming area, there is a river access trail to the siuslaw nearby. Just be aware, it wasn't maintained as of this review. I had to do some bushwacking and log hopping to get there, just gave me another reason to jump in and cool off. Also, be on the lookout for skeeters, I usually don't have an issue with them, but here they were on the attack.
Off of the main campground access road is the Whittaker ridge old growth trail to the Armantrout loop trail. This can be taken from either side as a point to point, or looped together for a 3 mile jaunt. The trail gains 900 ft. in a mile, so not the easiest for young kids, but I'm sure some can tackle it.
This campground is more primitive offering only 4 all gender pit toilets, wood sales, potable water bibs and dish water troughs. They also have garbage services, but I did not see a recycling area. They do not have RV specific sites, so no power, water, or sewer.
I suggest looking for a site on the back side of the creek (higher numbered sites) there are more on the creek and they are farther from the entrance. I wasn't so lucky and had to make due with one right as you drive into the grounds. I was surprised of the flow of cars in and out that seemed to just hangout for a bit and leave. This did lessen as the night went on. There also seemed to be lots of teenagers whooping it up, but this also died down later in the eve.
Overall an okay spot with plenty to keep you busy, and just a nice spot to take in the Oregon green.

I want to start by saying this website is great. It has a lot of cool camping accessories and apparel for the outdoors. I like that this is a company started by a women for women, but they are not leaving out the men in their pursuit to outfit adventurous folk. I also like that they focus on smaller up and coming American businesses as well as companies that give back to the natural world.
My only criticism is the selection of sizes of the men's apparel. I get that this company was started due to lack of options, sizes and fit for women, I respect that and appreciate that they are not leaving the men out. However, I am a bigger guy around 6'4" 260 lbs. With that being said, the sizes offered end at xxl (with true fit disclaimer). I feel this can scare aware potential online buyers as I was deterred from purchasing, due to unsure sizing. I think they are missing out on a large demographic, no pun intended. Maybe they could offer a looser fit or a tall size, just an idea.

Sturdy Bros. is an American born company started by a couple of brothers. They hand make all of their products, featuring tool bags, aprons, gear bags, and an array of other leather and waxed duck cloth items for the handy man, or woman and any outdoor enthusiast.
I decided on the in house waxed duck canvas cloth dopp kit. This is incredibly well made, with a brass YKK zipper and hand sewn seams. It is a bit small, but it is just the right size for the essentials without adding a lot of pack weight. I feel this dopp will last me the rest of my life and is well worth the price. I was amazed at the quality, you definitely don't see this quality too much these days. I will be looking into more products from Sturdy bros. maybe a tool bag for my offroad rig.

I decided on the UBB Metal Enamel mug as I was tired of the stoneware enamel mugs that were prone to breaking if dropped while camping and hiking. I also like that the metal keeps your hot drinks hot and your cold drinks cold, longer. This mug is also safe to use on the fire or stovetop. It is the National parks foundation mug, so it has some N.P. logos around the outside of the mug. I really like this mug and found no issues with it; except maybe that they left out Crater lake. A good mug that is big and what is expected and at a fairly reasonable price.
I also was interested in the UBB Mt. Mazama Rogue river series, clay and geranium soap. This soap is 100% natural and organic, so you can use it in the river without the worry of polluting the waterway. It also smells great, suds up nicely and washes away cleanly without leaving your skin tight. Did i mention it smells Awesome! Its not a strong perfume type smell and totally reminds me of the outdoors. A great addition to any dopp kit and camp showering routine. I just wish they sold mill ends so I could buy bulk at a discount as it is on the spendy side. Worth the splurge though.

Site Quality: All sites are level and paved. An extra-large picnic table, bbq, and fire pit complete the site. You will likely hear the river from all sites but the best sites back up to the river (3-7; 22-30) and sites 4-7 have a view of the river. The sites on the other side of the loop have, while functional, evidence of the wildfires that closed this campground for a while.
Bathhouse: Brand spanking new in 2022! Five individual shower stalls, and one handicap toilet/sink room in addition to the men’s and women’s bathrooms. The bathrooms had signs indicating they were not currently cleaned up to the Oregon Health Authority, but I thought they were very clean!
Activities: You can hike the Emerald Trail to the Day Use area which accesses a trail to Susan Creek Falls. Roundtrip from the campground is just short of three miles. Be aware of poison oak all along the trail! In addition, we were warned to be cautious of burned trees/branches/debris falling on us, particularly if it is windy. This was not a problem when we hiked but we were glad to be aware. The North Umpqua Trail runs for miles in either direction from the campground.
We happened upon this campground by chance after dark four years ago; what has changed is that it is now reservation only. I love the peacefulness of this campground and falling asleep to the sound of the river; it is one of the few campgrounds we have visited that I loved returning to. So happy it re-opened after fire damage!
LegendOur GPS gave us good instructions to the adjacent golf course. There wasn’t any signage until we got to the golf course. We saw the RV campground (CG) and headed to the left up a hill to a building we later found out housed the bathhouse and laundry. There was a sign to“Detach Your Tow Vehicles Here.” Then another sign stating to call a given phone number to assist with registration. We called the number and they gave us our site number and told us to come by the golf course pro shop later to register. We walked into the small CG to find site 14 and look at the best route to this pull-through with FHUs. Site 14 was an easy pull through and we positioned our rig to facilitate our hookups. The utilities were placed in the middle of the pad, which was plenty long enough for our rig to include putting our back patio down. We had a minor issue with the Oregon-required spigot regulator leaking water. They do have good water pressure at about 50 psi. We reported the issue to the RV manager, Jeff, when we checked in at the clubhouse and they sent someone over the next day to fix the leak. Our nightly rate reflects their golf package for 2 golfers for 2 weeks without cart. Their free Wifi worked much better than most CGs this size. We got 3 bars on Verizon. There are mature trees but we were able to position Starlink to get a strong enough signal for our needs(internet access and streaming). They have cable but admittedly, they are not doing much maintenance as most people don’t use it. The sites here are close together but have a little yard so you are not sitting on the next site’s sewer. Everyone who stays at this RV CG has to have some sort of golf package. Our Vilano Okie Friends came to visit for three nights and had to buy at least one golf round. Our golf package paid for the golf but for a powered cart you have to pay$20 per person for 9 holes or$30 for 18. There’s a mixture of pull throughs and back-in sites in this CG. Some of the back-in sites would be difficult backing for larger rigs due to the limited road width. We suggest calling and talking to the RV manager to discuss which of those sites will fit your rig. One thing we really liked was that after golfing and taking the cart back to the CG to unload our clubs, one of the employees came up around 3:30 PM each day to fetch the carts back. We enjoyed our stay and especially the golf.
TravelerWe have been here a few times and absolutely love the location. Being right on the water truly can't be beat! It's usually not one of the busier ones out this stretch of road, and is close enough to Fall Creek to reasonably run in for supplies. It's not overly developed but also not overly rustic - really hits the sweet spot!

Wonderful group camp that can sleep all your friends and relatives! Fun little bunk houses for the kids and a big covered area for cooking and hanging out. Big field for tents, frisbee, drum circles, etc. There is a great swimming hole right across the street and a good jumping platform just up the road at the next pullout. The hike from the campground up to the butte is great too.
TravelerThis group camp is amazing, so you better book it far in advance. I went here on a church camp out. It is the perfect place for families. The older teens loved sleeping in the shelters, while the parents preferred tents. There was plenty to do, and plenty of space to eat or even hide from the rain.
