Managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Belle Starr Park Campground sits along the shoreline of Lake Eufaula in eastern Oklahoma. The facility operates with gated access from 6 AM to 10 PM and accommodates RVs up to 60 feet across its 110 sites spread through west, central, and east sections.
Sites feature 30/50 amp electrical hookups, though water access varies significantly by location. Some sites have dedicated water connections while others require campers to stretch multiple hoses up to 40 feet to reach shared spigots. The central section offers the newest concrete pads, while other areas have asphalt surfaces. "Sites are tight even for truck camper," notes Kenneth M., and tree coverage can prevent awning deployment on certain sites.
Direct lake access defines many sites, with sandy beaches allowing shoreline walks and swimming areas for summer visitors. The campground provides two dump stations, fish cleaning facilities, and boat ramps with courtesy docks. Bathhouses serve each section, though maintenance levels vary according to recent reports.
Fall brings notable foliage displays to the surrounding hills, while clear nights offer expansive star visibility away from urban light pollution. For additional camping options in the region, see camping near Eufaula Lake. The facility works well for RV campers prioritizing lake access and Corps of Engineers management standards.
