Passing through ND in late October and needed a place to stay and this campground worked out well. The folks were accommodating. They don’t take credit cards though. The campground was clean and RV sites graveled and level. The water was turned off due to the recent freezing weather. The associated…
We camped here on a weekday and had the whole place to ourselves. Quiet (other than distant freeway noise) well maintained, accommodating camp host. I imagine on weekend this place might be crowded with 50+ sites somewhat close together so might avoid... but was great on a Wed. Lots of trees and…
Stayed a night here on a Wednesday and there were only 5 other people. Host said it was going to be full over the weekend. It was very quiet for us. Lots of shade trees. It is not technically “lakeside” but about a half mile walk across the highway to get to the lake. It is well kept. Playground…

We stopped here on the drive through the northern states. Every city park is different and this one is great. There is a really big picnic area. All around the outside edge are campsites. There is water and electric(for higher amp plugs). The restroom is simple but it has a shower- so…

Stopped at this campground on our way across the state. It was a great place to be for the night. It was just far enough away from the I-94 and the railroad tracks that we got a quiet night sleep. Bathrooms were clean, lots of picnic tables although they are in the park, not right next to the…
Nice big pull thru spots. Close to I 94, but the traffic noise isn’t too bad.
It was raining when we arrived so access road muddy! They add added some sand on areas and we had 4 wheel drive! Owner very friendly, stayed an extra day to rest on our across country trip to West Yellowstone!
Small, quiet town. Primitive camping for free in nice city park, with a super cool, very old bar right up the street. Great cafe in town too. Full RV hookups behind Fire Dept for a fee. Park is on edge of town, so it’s very private even though it’s in town.

It is well kept. Has a playground and a walking bridge to the swimming pool. Fishing in river. Comfort station. 701-947-2461
This site is run by the city. No option for that.
Maticulatly cared for campground, safe, friendly, a nice place to rest, small but pretty walking trail that the kids can bike. Mosquitoes in August.
Have to give this a low review from the experience we had while staying the night of July 6th. It was a full campground and might of been nice with the exception of several groups staying at the campground. Teens staying up till 3pm being loud and racing around on a golf cart. Intoxicated adults…
Quiet place with very friendly staff. Don’t forget the great eats from the Dak.
Not far from the wildlife refuge and highway 94. Very simple campground, really only fishing here. This was a simple stayover for us and it worked for that...I wouldn’t recommend it as a destination unless you want to fish all day.
Yay: full bait house and cafe, swimming (not the best swimming…
We spent 43 days here last summer. Well kept campground. Hosts are the nicest people you will meet and extremely helpful. You will have to change sites every 14 days if you are going to be staying a long time. Book early as it is a popular area. Full bathroom with showers. Hosts keep it clean…
