Not children friendly . Seasonal campers extremely rude . Owner seems to drink alot at check in and comes to talk to you drunk in the campground .

Story ....8 campground & our children playing in the sand at the new volleyball court ( ages 5-11)  children being children were running under the net pulling on it . " yes our child " found out a  Adult female that was a seasonal  Camper was screaming at my 5 year old granddaughter and the adult stuck her tongue out at her.  All the children were in our  eye view the whole time. When my granddaughter started to not listen and kept pulling on the net we asked her to come up to the campground. As we were singing Happy Birthday and eating birthday cake the owner of the campground came in drunk  and forcefully and said that only our children ruin the net which is false and we try to explain that. He would not listen to a word we told him because these are seasonal children and seasonal people talking to him. After my daughter got upset and told them off he told us to pack up our blank and leave his campground. So at 8:30 p.m. we we packed up 4 campers children and a newborn and we started our 2 hour and 45 minute ride home. We also did not get a refund for the night that we did not stay and the net was fine all he needed to do was pull the strings and the net would be tight again. As we were pack the owner and all the seasonal camper watched or were hiding behind campers watching us . 

Be care if you dont hsve a seasonal site ..no respect from anyone .

Rude , drinking , disrespect, not child ( ren) friend , non seasonal camper your done for it you make one wrong move

If you looking for a great ATV campground or looking for a campground under $1500, this is hte place to go!   Lots to do near by Legion 1.3 miles away and a great cafe as well across the street.  Ice is in expensive and so is firewood, basic camping, small playground and a basketball court going in.  Owner is friendly and helpfu! Looking forward to 2022!

This campground is only a year old and offers 31 RV sites with full hookups 30- or 50-Amp Service (greywater dump at each site) and 19 wooded (some semi-private) tent sites. They have a beautiful bath and shower house (the shower takes quarters $1.25 for 10 minutes) and sell wood on site for $5 a bundle. It is just over the MN border and about a mile from the St Croix River. ATV trails are accessible from the campground.

Pardun’s also offers canoe and tube rentals in town and also at St. Croix State Park - which sounds wonderful on hot summer days. It’s not far from town which includes a grocery store and St Croix Casino. St Croix State Park is also about 20 minutes away in MN and a great place to explore with miles of hiking. I found the pricing very reasonable at $30 a night for RVs and $17 for tent sites. $1200 for seasonal. The owner came over to meet us and was very friendly.

We chose site tent site 17. Each site has a large fire ring and picnic table. This site had a few trees and was fairly open but it didn’t matter because there was only 1 other group camping in the tent area. It was very quiet and peaceful, very easy to social distance during the pandemic. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway to enjoy a fire and night under the stars, this is perfect little campground.

Great campsites right on the water with a good amount of space. Also some are some what private. There is a playground and volleyball area. Flush toilets showers and wood sold on site... everything you need. Swimming boating and fishing are all available too.

We spent 10 days here and had a great time. This is a very busy park. Popular with the locals and frequently used for family get-togethers. Noticed a number of sites that had multiple units and cars. Difficult to get a site on a weekend. Nice beach. Great boating. Super hosts who bend over backwards to accommodate all, almost to a fault. Witnessed people taking advantage of their kindness--checking out late, parked where they shouldn’t be, using a chair to save a spot for someone,... We will return. Some nice sites on the water.

Awesome place.

I have been going to this campground for 15 years. It’s very secluded and quiet. The owners are the best! There are tent sites, RV, camper cabin (no electric/sewage), and full cabins. It’s on a beautiful lake with a swimming area. You can rent a pontoon or take out a canoe or rowboat for free. Great fishing too! This used to be a women’s only campground but is now open to all. It is also LGBTQ owned, operated, and accepting. If this does not align with your views I would suggest finding a different place to camp.

Does not have water sewer hookups but had a station to dump and fill has electricity at most sites close to water has boat access and camp ground is outside of an awesome lil town

Our site was a fairly level pull through, full hook up site. The office had a camp store inside of it. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. The fenced in dog park was a big bonus for our pup. The grounds hosted outdoor games and volleyball/basketball courts. Would stay again.

Got exactly what we were looking for, a quiet wooded site.

Office staff and store were clean when we came through in the summer months. It is a mixed bag of tricks here as the sites can be level and some others are not at all. All and all it is a great place. Nice people and super helpful. Great alternative if the state park is full.

This was our first time out, we stayed with our RV and really enjoyed this place. The staff was great and willing to help with any questions or concerns we as rookies had! They have pull through sites that made our first time that much easier. Great people, nice lots, and we absolutely loved the dog park. It was not just some small dog area it was top of the line dog park, we are going back again for our 2nd visit. Loved it! Close to stores and town but surrounded by enough of the outdoors to feel secluded. Would highly recommend this campground.

We decided to come back for a 2nd visit and our 1st visit was great but this time was even better! We love this campground, our spot was spacious and had plenty of room to enjoy, people are great and very nice here, staff helpful as always, very relaxed place! Can’t say enough about the awesome pet park, also has nice walking trails, stores nearby, honestly just a great place to camp!

Our stay was okay. Office and store was clean and well cared for. Check in was smooth and we were shown to our sites. We were spending the weekend with friends and the campground was very accommodating.

Campground was very dark in the area of campsites which made setting up a bit difficult. Our sites were grass that was a little long and rutted from what seemed from previous tenants. This made getting leveling a little difficult and out fold out stairs touched the ground before fully being deployed. After leveling in the dark we began searching for our full hookups. Found the sewer in the tall grass and electric , but the water supply was no where to be seen. Gave the office a call and they were prompt to respond.

We were quick to learn that water hookups were shared with other sites and required “y” connections at the spigots. Our host(s) were prepared with the connectors in hand but seemed a bit surprised that we might need them and we were a bit confused that they didn’t mention this to us when reached out sites.

Then we all collectively began searching for our water source. Ours source ended up being 75’ plus from our RV. Thankfully I just happened to be carrying the extra hose for several years but never had to use it before. It was a little uncomfortable to turn off someone’s water supply, unhook their hose and place the “y” adaptor in line so both of out rigs could be hooked up to the water spigot. Because of the distance our hoses were run over by four wheels and side by sides. The campground host also seemed to be a bit uncomfortable too and really didn’t want to be the ones to do it.

After we were setup our stay was good.

Great proximity to Banning State Park. Enjoyed a great day of hiking around this state park and enjoying the water and ruins of old buildings.

We would stay here again for a quick get away from the Twin Cites but would want to arrive before it gets dark a d bring a lot of hose.
